What made the stay for us was the staff. One lovely gentleman welcomed us so warmly, helping us to stow our bikes, providing us with local recommendations, and personally saying bye to each guest in the restaurant before leaving for the end of his shift! The hotel is nestled in the forest down a winding lane which made for a lovely ‘escape’. The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely shower. The restaurant had a buffet salad bar and nice, pub-style food.

Located in Wasserliesch, known as the Gate to the Upper Moselle, this hotel features a traditional beer garden. It is surrounded by the Upper Moselle cycle path.
