What a little gem of a Bed & Breakfast! A gracious, warm welcome and immaculate housekeeping, garaging for my motorcycle, a beer on the balcony overlooking the wooded Murg valley and with a busy little stream rushing down bside the house made for a truly relaxing stop. In the morning I enjoyed a good Black Forest breakfast. Well done!

The house was very well-equipped, super clean, quiet, and cosy. The location was perfect and easily accessible to grocery shops, restaurants and bus stations. The owner was very friendly and caring. He supported us with the late check-in and took care of all our needs. He also offered us a small jar of their home-made honey. All in all we very much enjoyed our stay.

A very nice town with beautiful surroundinga.

A very nice town with beautiful surroundinga. Fairly big Netto supermarket and great hiking trails all around. Accesibility is ok, but the roads very narrow and winding through the mountains. Driving confidence required!

We stayed in Bermersbach, a village near Forbach. This is a less touristy part of the Black Forest and all the better for it. Endless wonderful walks and activities nearby and good enough facilities around.

Forbach is for serious walkers who appreciate a quiet...

Forbach is for serious walkers who appreciate a quiet village. Our hotel served dinner on some nights. There is a pub serving simple but good food and a more up-scale restaurant serving posher German food and Asian dishes.

From the minute we arrived on motorbikes, the staff were out showing us a designated place for motor bike parking, which you never normally get.staff were so helpful and friendly. Our room was perfect with a comfy bed. Very clean hotel with little extras like a coffee/ tea station. A games room. Very pretty location. For dinner we walked just up from the hotel to a restaurant and had a lovely meal. Breakfast at the hotel was fabulous with a great choice .

Family run hotel and owners very friendly and helpful both within the hotel and to suggest activities in the area. Very spacious room with balcony and execellent breakfast. The tranquillity of the location and views are terrific. The hotel and accommodation is modern and spacious. Plenty of parking. Our special thanks to Mauricio who, despite an obvious staffing crisis, attempted to assist everyone, showing amazing customer service ability and a dedication to the hotel. (He even prepared our room which the cleaners hadn't).
