The aceess and security here first class. The room and facilities perfect. The staff very helpful and understood my english as my german is not very good. I chose here because i was visiting Vogelsang and i am certain i picked the right hotel.

The hotel was situated in the centre of this small town. It was lovely, with rooms which were very comfortable and rather nicely decorated. The bathroom was also lovely.

Good size room, nice restaurant 2 minutes walk away. Garage parking on request safe for motorbikes.

Very warm reception, very nice room, good mattress, excellent shower, everything bright and shining, outstanding breakfast. Staff is very friendly. The way the staff makes you feel at home is heart warming. We will be back and bring our friends too. It's hard not to have a great day in the Eifel: the way the breakfast is presented is the best start possible.

Good location, excellent beds, all comfort that a family needs. The owner is a friendly and welcoming person. He upgraded us on his own initiative from a room for 3 to an appartment for 5 without extra charge. We had a good lunch and an excellent brekfast. I highly recommend this hotel.

Quite room on the garden site. (Street side can be noisy). Breakfast was good. Perfectly clean. It was perfect for what we needed: a one-night stay along the Eifelsteig (very close by end of Etappe 4 to Kloster Steinfeld)

Impressive buildings and unique stay if you ask me. As a vegetarian, the dinner option was amazing: lots of healthy salad and options for vegan’s too, a rare find in this part of Germany, from what we saw. Friendly people who work there and lots to do and see on site. We went on a 20k hike and the region is perfect: beautiful and diverse, the scenery seemed to change every couple kilometers and the summer heath was broken underneath the trees.

Room was really nice and modern, bed was comfortable, amazing view through the window. And tasty, simply breakfast. And really delicious dinners.

Self check-in. Very clean and comfortable room. We parked our e-bikes in the entrance area. The adjacent restaurant (for the good breakfast) and the playground looks very well maintained with lots of summer flowers. No traffic, because it is located in a park.

Fabulous location, great views from the huge balcony and close to many nice walking trails, Heimbach and two shops. The stuff was very kind and helpful. Smooth check in and check out. Delicious home made jam for breakfast. Pity for the mini quantities. We’d been enjoyed a bit more.

Fabulous hotel, lovely couple who run it. Right in the National Park, beautiful. Clean rooms, small enough to be personal and just big enough to have everything you need.

Fab location next to the lake. Lovely boat ride. Staff really helpful.

Excellent view. Absolutely lovely staff breakfast was outstanding. Very polite and clean, definately a good choice for our next motorcycle tour
