The room was modern and clean, hotel location was good, the staff were nice, especially the girl named Mariam! She gave lots of info about the area and about activities that I could do and in general was super friendly and helpful! Will definitely stay again

Incredibly friendly staff, had a nice chat with the owner in the evening on the beautiful terrace. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. One of my best stays while in Europe, highly recommend. On-top of the hotel the food both for dinner and breakfast was very very good.

The hotel was beautiful, clean and in a great location next to the bus stop so we could get public transport to the Christmas Market in Monchau. There was ample free parking which was a bonus. Breakfast was included and was absolutely superb. We would definitely recommend this hotel, we would stay here again.

Beautiful little town and beautiful little hotel. Breakfast was delish and service was wonderful. They even set up a little birthday cake for my daughter who turned 7 during our trip.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a room with a beautiful view. The breakfast buffet was great and we sat outside to eat. There was a nice, homely feel. 😊 The great location meant it was only a 15 min drive to Rurberg for a hike and a 20 min drive to the pretty town of Monschau.

This is a gem of a place- an old-school guesthouse with plenty of character and charm. All staff were very friendly and helpful to every request I had. Facilities include bar with beergarden, pool and sauna and restaurant. Little touches made this place feel very homely even though I was only here for the one night. I was particularly impressed by the schnapps table and spirits trolley in the restaurant 😀

Lovely hotel, with everything of the highest quality. Lovely people, great restaurant, and really convenient for walking in the Eifel national park, we went on a two hour country walk directly from the hotel. Our room was a very good size, very comfortable and, like the rest of the hotel, spotlessly clean. The hotel is also easy to get to, being convenient to the motorway system. Can't recommend the Hotel Roeb highly enough.

It's a very nice family run hotel. The hosts are incredibly warm and friendly. They remembered my birthday and decorated a lovely breakfast table for me. The hotel is located in the heart of the town in a beautiful location. Very close to hiking trails and sightseeings.

The staff was phenomenally helpful with helping us navigate current road construction, with parking and restaurant suggestions. The breakfast was excellent with lots of options. Beautiful old building and very comfortable.

Loved the room, and the location. Our room was just across from a small river and the sound of the stream was very nice. The room had a balcony overlooking the stream as well. Room was very comfortable and clean. The owners and staff were the nicest and friendliest people I have ever met on my many years of travel…they were wonderful and made us feel like family. Breakfast was included and was delicious with a great selection. Location was five minute walk to the old town center. Wonderful stay!
