Despite a small issue with the reservation, the hotel owner took responsibility and worked hard to resolve it, ultimately offering a solution that satisfied us. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was easily accessible.

The room was clean and the beds where so nice and soft! The location itself was just as beautiful. Would definitely stay here again !!

very clean, great facilities, simple and efficient check in

Beautiful place and really nice service We unfortunately spent little time at this place given that it was a one day trip to the Hurtgenwald, but we thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. We arrived late due to road work and without speaking German. The staff was greatly kind and even prepared us a small package for breakfast as we left early the next day before breakfast time. The restaurant is top notch and even though it was full, they took time to explain the menu -which was in German- to us. Bonus point for the Christmas decoration adding a magical feeling to the place. We highly recommand this place and we'll surely book a longer stay there if we come back in the area.

Very friendly and obliging staff! Rooms were meticulously clean and very comfortable. Very good breakfast spread.

Close to the highway and in the quiet point, clean rooms, comfy bed, well separated two single beds

park is easy and service is great

Our room was huge with a new bathroom and good kitchen facilities. The staff was lovely and it was nice to take a break in the pool.

amazing service, great people, great atmosphere, clean, perfect stay!!

Nice place Great Breakfast Very welcome staff

Luxurious standard! Staff attentive and exceptionally helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing quality and beautiful interior. Spa facilities are outstanding.

Staff are very friendly and professional. Hotel location is central and near to everything. Clean rooms, modern and new.

This hotel is a perfect choice if you want something simple, comfortable and not too expensive. Breakfast included was in our opinion better than average breakfast. Boiled and scrambled eggs, deli meat but also lots of fruits and vegetables, multiple options of bread with gluten free options too. A huge nutella dispenser?? How cool! And coffee as well as big selection of teas. Big parking lot right next to the hotel and a spot for your car is also included. Room was very spacious and just had everything you can need for a short stay. We already plan to go again, as it's a great closeby location to Aachen. The small city Stolberg is also very cute and nice to have a morning stroll in. Highly recommend!

Good layout, great bed, sauna, jacuzzi. Good kitchen.

As advertised, good for a stop on a roadtrip
