The beds were super comfy and the beddings was great (even with a cookie!)! It's very nicely furnished and tastefully decorated. Great towels and amenities, easy check-in procedure, very responsive in communications (even What's App) and well organized. Very friendly and everything was spotless! The location was also great – right in the center yet very quiet.

very friendly staff, you are able to prepare a picnic at breakfast free of charge, they even provide bags. Coffee/tea machine can be used at all time, great on a cold/wet day coming home to warm up. Big clean rooms and very easy self check-in

The host was great we were able to get our keys by calling the phone number on the door. The host settled our bill the next morning. Breakfast is extra if you wanted it. We liked it. Must see's mustard factory store, The red house and if you have time walk the trails.

The hotel is closely located (+/- 10 min) near Monschau, a very touristic center, but the neighbourhood of the hotel itself is quiet. We slept at the roadside, but thanks to the thick 3 layer glass we didn't hear anything! There is a big parking lot next to the hotel. The beds are very comfortable. The bathroom was clean, had all necessary towels. The breakfast was copious and varied and more than enough for the two of us. The personel was very, very friendly and helpful! We cannot stress the importance of that enough and they exceeded our expectations. We were given the Schnabuleum restaurant in Monschau by the hotel owner as a tip. This restaurant was a real treat. Every dish we got was like a painting. We really can recommand this place as well!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Hotel Horchem in Monschau. The town itself is like a fairytale, and spending the night here – once all the day-trippers have left – makes you appreciate its magic even more. The hotel is in a perfect location, right in the heart of Monschau, with everything within walking distance. Our room was spotless, the sheets smelled fresh, and the shower was simply outstanding. Breakfast was excellent, generous, and the ideal way to start the day. Overall, a fantastic stay that made our visit to Monschau unforgettable.

The rooms were really well presented, with a lovely en suite bathroom. All of the floors are solid wooden and the wardrobes and bed surround too being solid high quality wood. The breakfasts are very good together with the staff being really nice and really well trained. The hotel is near to other restaurants and cafes but the hotel restaurant is very good too.
