The hotel is brand new, and the staff was super helpful and friendly. The rooms were nice and the beds comfortable. The hotel is located in a quiet area, which is nice if you - like us - sleep with an open window. Due to the severe weather (snow!) we did not venture far to find a place to eat, but the staff helped us order food which got delivered and we were welcome to eat in the dining area, using the hotel’s plates, cutlery and glasses. The bar was open with a good choice of (non)alcoholic beverages.

The transport condition with S5 and S3 you join the center and st. Pauli.

I was thinking about some sausages for breakfast as typical German breakfast. Maybe Precels but rather on Bayern.

The design of the hotel is just beautiful. As we are both animal-lovers, we felt right at home. It's just so lovely, such a thoughtful creation and so well cared for. We will definitely be back.

I come here since many yaers and I'll keep on coming back. The location, private parking space, the friendly owners and staff, the clean rooms, the fantastic restaurant and the more than complete breakfast buffet, you name it it's there!

There was a little issue with the booking, but it was handled very professionally and with CARE. Human errors happening but the management took appropriate action to our full satisfaction.

The hotel is situated in a peaceful, pleasant part of Hamburg where you can really relax. A bank is right across the road, Lidl is a couple of doors down and there are very good restaurants nearby. It’s a German hotel run by Germans so you get a genuine German experience. It’s a few minutes’ walk to the train station so all parts of Hamburg are easily accessible since the public transport system is incredible (and very cheap). This is one of the few hotels who include breakfast as standard and it was very enjoyable. Great value in such a lovely area.

Great service and excellemnt breakfast. Have been staying there on several occasions and the hotel has shown great cost/performance. The hotel is not the newest, but the fantastic service makes up more than enough.
