I loved the hotel itself . İt is impressive how a factory has been transformed into such a beautiful hotel. The decoration , lighting and atmosphere all beautiful. I need to confess that I was not expecting to see art gallery and very peaceful meeting room . The restaurant also very good .

Overwhelming welcoming reception in the late evening - familiar atmosphere - positively surprised when you arrive, open doors, spacey lounge entrance, minimalistic order and architecture - clear and clean environment with the touch of the contemporary "Zeitgeist" - the concept of the hotel design and its functionality reflects on the mind - very quietening - breakfast is not to be missed - fresh and a great service. I booked this room in the last minute. This was in mid July and a lot of the hotels in Hamburg were fully booked and I think the room I got had just been cancelled by someone else. Since this was a last minute booking during a busy season the room WAY exceeded my expectations. The woman who ran the hotel was really sweet, nice and helpful. The room had a modern design, was very clean and tidy with nice bed and blankets, a nice big bathtub and even a small terrace in the back yard. Location was also 10 out of 10, very close to the Schanzenviertel. Would recommend this hotel to everyone travelling to Hamburg!!!:-D

I really liked the room; it was clean and cozy. The staff was very responsive, pleasant, and kind. I arrived at the hotel at 11 AM, but check-in was at 2 PM. My room was already ready, and I didn't have to wait until 2 PM. I am very satisfied.
