Cozy hotel, intimate with a little patina but not outdated. Friendly staff and helpful. Good breakfast. Close to Lidl, Rewe and couple of restaurants. We definitely recommend it.

Always ewerything is ok here. Bed is good for sleeping and room is warm&clean. Breakfast is super with lax, ham, cheese, various breads, musli, juices etc. and very good Coffee!!! Lady of the Hotel is always warmly friendly and time to chat. Have been here many times and will come again. Danke schön und auffiederschen 😊

This is an exceptional hotel, in a very cosy village. The breakfast was way beyond what I have experieced so far. We all had an excellent stay, spacious rooms, calm and confortable, just like home. It is not often I sleep well the first night away - Here I did!

Great location, fantastic amenities, and really friendly staff. I stayed with two children under the age of 10 years, and we all had a great time. The room was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The swimming pool was a hit for the kids. Breakfast was really nice and there were plenty of options.

Lovely room, really friendly staff and we were able to have our dogs with us. Good breakfast with a lot of choices.

This is an old fashioned hotel, which perfectly fits the gorgeous old city of Lübeck.. The location is perfect. Our room was clean and spacious, with very comfortable beds. The charming receptionist gave us some good tips about the city.

When we arrived, we realised our rooms were very cold and the heating was not working. We talked about this with the reception staff, and they helped us solve the problem very quickly. They fixed the heating, however, since rooms would need some time to warm up, they relocated us to the main hotel and gave us new rooms, which was very kind an professional. <3 So we ended up staying in the Hotel Kaiserhof instead of the Gästehaus - both were very nicely equiped, very big and comfortable rooms. Gästhaus is located in a smaller street, so there is no noise from the outside, there are only 7 or 8 rooms in the house, so it's very private with no staff on site. Hotel is located in the main street just around the corner, but there was still very little noise from the street during the night - we didn't find it disturbing. Staff was, as mentioned, very friendly and helpful. Both locations are also just a short walk from the city center, and there is free parking in front of both buildings.

One of the best hotels i have ever been at!

This hotel is situated on the harbour walk (Vorderstrasse) in Travemünde. There are plenty of shops and restraurants within walking distance. We were greeted by a friendly receptionist who spent time explaining everything about the hotel and the surroundings. Please note that there is no parking adjacent to the hotel, but they offer an off-site parking about five minutes walk away. This is due to the location on the Vorderreihe and nothing that detracts from the overall experience of the stay. The room had excellent beds and a very well equipped bathroom. This stay occurred in December and Travemünde was quiet. The breakfast was excellent with a large variety of food including scrambled eggs, sausages and bacon. Again we were greeted by friendly personnel. We will return. Highly recommended!

Excellent location, clean facilities, there was even a steam bath in the room, large balcony and comfy bed. Wonderful tapas type breakfast, cosy bar to have a drink in the evening.
