Upon our arrival we felt warmly welcomed by the incredibly kind receptionist, Marvin. His friendliness set the tone for what turned out to be a wonderful stay. Our 19 m2 hotel room exceeded expectations, beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated, it radiated charm and offered a cozy atmosphere. The level of cleanliness was impeccable, and slipping into the bed was a pure delight. The crisp freshness of the linens, combined with the perfect firmness of the mattress, made our sleep incredibly comfortable and restful. Breakfast was an additional highlight of our stay. The variety of offered food was versatile, showing great attention to quality and taste. The staff throughout our visit were friendly. Overall, it was an experience filled with comfort, warmth, and little touches of excellence everywhere. We recommend this hotel to others and would absolutely love to visit again in the future.

Late check in worked very well, good & quick communication with the hotel, nice room facing big tree side - no noise from outside when windows were closed. Could buy drinks in the lobby in the evening. Breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly.

The room is spacious with a balcony, the latter which I did not get to use because I came in late and left early. The joinery and furniture style is a little aged, but I love the wooden look and they are of good quality. Big mesh on the windows is also a nice feature. Parking underground cost extra but it was convenient. The staff were helpful. Late check in instructions are easy to follow and everything was smooth.
