The staff are outstanding - kind and helpful. Breakfast was very good and worth every penny. Location for going to the Belgian Grand Prix was very good. Not too far and much less expensive.

Beautiful and well maintained.

Exceptionally clean and quiet. Exceptionally minimalist. Perfect for a sleep stop, en route to my destination. Breakfast was good and honest and plentiful. Getting all of the basics right. Be advised no services outside of the room and breakfast are not available and the location is urban on the outskirts of Aachen. Parking is free in thw road around the hotel. Friendly reception staff.

Very clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed, exceptionally helpful staff and a superb breakfast

Big and clean room. Well equipped. Nice stuff

Was a great hotel for our group! We were able to get 3 rooms that were all close in proximity to each other. Hotel was very clean and quiet at night. Wifi was free and worked perfectly! The hotel did offer breakfast but we chose not to order. Was a short drive to the Aachen Christmas market--after the Christmas market, we were able to find parking right in front of the hotel, which was great! Check in and check out were easy.

👍🏻 Convenient location near the train station, with only a 15-minute walk to Aachen city center. 👍🏻 The staff were excellent—friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist, especially Winona. 👍🏻 The room was clean, and the facilities were well maintained and in good condition.

Large room at reasonable price not far from the train station.

The property was clean and spacious. It had wonderful amenities, such as a pool and sauna. The restaurant was amazing!

Super clean, quiet, staff amazing.

Staff is great and helpful. Loved the room amenities, climate control options, fitness room and hotel location

Excellent service and very nice staff! The location is perfect too. Our stay in this hotel is by far the most relaxing one!

Excellent breakfast 3 minutes on a straight road from the motorway could not be easier

Tea/coffee facilities Spacious rooms

Very nice location, pretty and quiet area. Adequate parking, room was standard. Nothing special, but not much to complain about.

Amazingly hospitable and excellent food

Everything was amaxing,i will come back in 2 weeks

I like the fact that you have a person present at check in. When I arrived late afternoon on 11 August I was greeted by a lovely friendly lady.

This hotel is the cleanest, most well-kept, quaint, and friendly place I've stayed yet while travelling Europe! While it may be a little cramped getting up the stairs, the owner is happy to assist storing any heavy bags in the reception area. The location is perfect, write down the way from the main Aachen train station. It's centralized, surrounded by nice bars, cafes, and good food! The rooms are cozy, the bathrooms are spotless, and the beds are like sleeping on clouds. Whenever I return, this will always be my first choice for staying in Aachen! The owner is the kindest innkeeper you'll ever meet, with grand plans to turn the reception into a small breakfast lounge. Perhaps you'll see me in the future, making delicious pancakes and perfect eggs for guests when I return for University in '25. The place is new to the owner, with no reviews yet! If you enjoy your stay, please do her the biggest favor and give an honest review of how much you enjoyed your stay. It would mean the world to them!

Next to main station. Perfect for a detour day trip. Lady reception is very friendly and helpful. Great hospitality!

All was perfect and staying in this appointment was so comfortable.

Excellent location, the hotel is very close to every thing you need. Clean, friendly staff, and nice breakfast. Excellent value for money

Breakfast was limited but good.
