All, it could not be better, i really don't understand why they not have 9 to 10 in your classicification? You should check time to time your hotels partners, i always look for morevthan 8, in a lot of cases disappointed with a lot of hotels. In this case was very opposite, this hotel is more than great ❤️

The room was very clean, spacious, with a very large bathroom and the bed was very big. Travelling with a five year old, it was amazing to see our room having the sofa bed already converted. Simple touches like free fruit and water for arriving guests are nice gestures that makes you feel welcome and being a valuable customer.

Everything was perfect – our family had a great rest and really enjoyed the stay. Thank you

The hotel is lovely..nice facilities, various options for breakfast, very good location near the commercial avenue with lots of restaurants, staff is very helpful. It is my second time at this hotel, and I strongly recommend.

Firstly I need to say a big thank you for the receptionist man who waited for me 😊, because I was late. I booked a room here last year and I was really satisfied. Everything is around this hotel, perfect location. Petrol stations, restaurants, shops and the motorway too

I like Everything ! Very modern design Hotel. I like the breakfast and the staff also friendly, came to us and ask if we want anything to eat like pancakes or omelettes, without extra costs. And i choose pancakes. The taste delicious! The staff in Reception also friendly and really kind. They are understanding my problem. I will repeat this Hotel!

The hotel was the best we've had in Mannheim to date. The standard room we had was very spacious, clean and fresh with a huge comfortable bed. The room was on the street side, but there was no disturbance from that. The location was spot on. 2 minutes walk from the Wasserturm, 3 minutes from City center. All of the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very good. Excellent parking facilities beneath the hotel. Most important for us, the hotel and staff are very dog friendly. I highly recommend this hotel to anybody, both business and pleasure.

We found the hotel perfect for our needs to explore Mannheim. It is ideal for being a cost effective hotel near the centre with plenty of local amenities and food nearby. It also has the added benefit of self check-in and onsite parking.

The atmosphere, how quiet and comfortable it was, the employees were super friendly and helpful, the breakfast was prepared with care with something for every taste...

We were hesitant at first since the hotel is bang on the Main Street. But once we entered in it was like a magical fairy tale place. Run with do much care and love.
