The room was beautiful and HUGE! Felt historic and very nice. The location is great. Walking distance to all the Christmas markets.

Spacious room, very well- equipped with kettle, hair dryer, shampoo, soap, etc. Very nice towels and comfy bed. Nice variety of tv channels- multiple English channels and German also. Right next to Expo center and easy to get into the central areas for shopping, dining, and sightseeing.

We had the best croissant of our trip through Germany, France, and Switzerland in the Ibis hotel in Strasbourg! The breakfast was crowded (like the town) but delicious. We took the train to the Christmas markets, and that was very easy. The staff here was welcoming, kind, and helpful. Our room was small but efficient.

The breakfasts were generous. That’s extra, but it was well worth what I paid. The restaurant attached to the hotel makes excellent pasta. I was bicycling through France Belgium, and Germany. This hotel was able to accommodate my bicycle in a safe place - bicycle theft is a big problem in Strasbourg. Kehl is a quiet city across the river from Strasbourg. It has excellent street car connections to the center of Strasbourg.

Excellent place. Great food & service too. A great location & atmosphere

The transportation was very easy. You have a near tram stop in 2-3 minutes by walking. With that line, you can go central spots in Strassbourg without transferring. Easy check-in & out , typical F1. We did not use the dusches but toilettes were quite clean, more than we expected and you have sink in your room thats was also fabulous for people like me who uses contact lenses. Totally recommended.

The staff were helpful and willing to help us with the luggages. They answered our questions via booking messaging really fast.

We wanted a convienieant place to stop on our route back to Calais, the place fitted the bill, it was easy to get into Strasbourg via the tram as this outside the door, it had a secure underground car park, which was ideal as we had quite a bit of gear from our holiday.

A beautiful renovated building with a great atmosphere. Located in a quiet neighborhood near the park, and a bus station is right across the hotel. Staff is very pleasant, they were helping with all the additional request and instantly available.
