I loved everything. I was pleasantly surprised by this accommodation, I wished I stayed longer. I rarely leave reviews anymore, but I felt the care, attention and love put in this establishment and I recommend it very much. This was the comfiest bed I ever had while traveling. I loved the vibe of the place, the nice furniture and old house vibe. The location was very rural with cute chickens, which was charming. Breakfast was delicious. Big thank you to the nice man who welcomed me, even though he did not speak much English he took great care of me.

Absolutely wonderful in every which way. A touch of class and glass as they had an amazing collection of Murano glass . So so comfortable and clean. The breakfast was absolutely amazing with a great and interesting variety.

Oh. I loved the dreaminess of this place. Already rothenburg is just magical and to sleep in this gorgeous hotel by the outside walls was a dream come true. Right from the many roses outside to the lovely Otto the concierge who had the graceful attitude that you could only find if you travel back in time. Then there was my room. The bavarian suite if im not mistaken. I was moved. And speechless. The forest views. The bed with the "baldacchino" the impeccable bathroom. The delighful wall paper! The breakfast was also very good indeed.

Loved everything! The location is very dreamy, authentic and rustic — right in the woods and still well connected if you’re on a road trip down south or up north. The staff is so friendly! I’m celiac, and gluten-free options are available both for dinner and breakfast (even gf Brötchen!) and the food is fantastic! We stayed in Winter, but would love to come back to stay in summer too!

Most people, I suspect, come here to visit Rothenburg, which...

Most people, I suspect, come here to visit Rothenburg, which makes sense as it's very close by. The actual village of Neusitz is picturesque and is ideal for cycling. There's not much else in the village - we were warned off from eating at the local pub/pension, something that I saw reflected in reviews of the place on various websites, but I suspect it's fine for a beer (when it's open, that is).

Very welcoming, helpful, and laid back hosts. I loved the relaxing, short walk from Neusitz (a paved trail) into town (Rothenburg on der Tauber) before facing the crowds and bustle.
