This hotel is a real gem among accommodations. Nestled in the beautiful alpine nature, almost secluded, this is a complete paradise. Sufficiently large parking lot right next to the hotel. All the staff were very patient and helpful. Upon arrival, we were even greeted with a welcome drink in the form of prosecco. That was nice. The hotel is pet friendly, they even have a fenced enclosure where your dog can run freely. You don't see that very often, so extra points. The interior of the hotel is rustic, but the room was simply beautiful. Comfortable beds with comfortable mattresses. But the balcony with the luxurious view of the surrounding beautiful nature was completely unique. If the beds weren't so comfortable, I would have slept on that balcony. The hotel breakfast was absolutely sufficient, we found everything we expect from a hotel breakfast. Actually, it was one of the best hotel breakfasts we got during our vacation this year. We were also very satisfied with dinner in the hotel restaurant. We really liked the regional cuisine. My bavarian roast with gravy and bacon dumpling was simply fantastic. The meat completely fell apart in the mouth and melted on the tongue. Wife had soup and their turkey salad. It was so big that we simply didn't have a chance to eat it all. And it was also very tasty. As I wrote, this hotel is really a gem. In the end, we regretted that we could not stay here for more days and had to leave. Whenever we find ourselves in the area, we would stay here again.

Good location near Berchtesgaden and National Park with picturesque and relaxing river through town. However due to mainroad crossing through the length of Ramsau village, one must be constanly alert of car and motorcycle traffic.

Loved everything.

Loved everything. Cosy & modern, perfect for a small family or for a couple or alone. Everything is easily accessible and easy to use. Nice supermarkets in Berchtesgaden. Beautiful view all around. Too many places to go and check.

Everything is designed to make the visitor feel at home. The approach of the staff was very cordial, they tried to be helpful to make us feel good. The breakfast was very rich, at the level of higher category hotels. Although some rooms are small, they are very sensibly and functionally furnished. A very friendly self-service system throughout the day and night, when the visitor has the opportunity to take drinks, make coffee or tea. Ideal for tourists and people looking for rest.

This hotel has so much to be proud of - excellent food, great wellness, a perfect position, and professional staff. Breakfasts and dinners were a top-class, the afternoon snacks also provided a great choice for hungry hikers. The wellness area is stylishly and comfortably equipped. An extra bonus were a lot of accessories for our dog - a dog pillow, bowl, snack and even more welcoming surprises made this stay unforgettable. Many thanks.
