Very friendly host, he lead the way to the room, suggested nearby places to see. Room very clean with comfortable bed. Really good breakfast and unlimited coffee. I am very satisfied.

Comfortabeles hiotel with a friendly staff. They have a shed to put your bike. The shed is not closed at night though

Well managed and maintained hotel in Bad Saarow.

It's our third time in this hotel and we like it so much. Hotel is clan and modern. Staff is super nice and helpful. Location is 2 min walk from Therme. Free parking. Good breakfast.

The property has one the best hospitality i’ve ever experienced in Germany to be honest, the privacy the unique location and the most friendly staff you will ever encounter, the place feels home with amazingly food generous amount ans different kind of dishes 2 Michelin stars Hotel Resturant , coming back for sure

My husband and I had a really nice and relaxing week at the resort. It was actually our wedding anniversary :) The water temperature in the thermal pools was perfect, making our stay even more enjoyable. So as the dinner and breakfast buffet were generous with a great variety of options.

Really nice and comfortable hotel. Spa facilities were clean and good. Not crowded. The personnel is super sweet. We accidentally lost some personal belongings but they offered to send them to our home address
