This is the best hotel from many perspectives. It’s very convenient both for travelers arriving by train and by car (free parking). Buses to the city centre run regularly and take about 18 minutes. The room is clean, with excellent hot-water pressure in the shower, and a vibe reminiscent of old German trains.

Location, value for money. Plenty of food option’s.

The receptionist was super kind and the room very clean and comfortable. It included a kettle and a bottle of water.

Breakfast was excellent, varied and most enjoyable. Location was good. Close to all amenities especially the christmas markets. We wish our stay could have been longer.

Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious and comfortable accommodation. Charming restaurant anc bar. Superb food and wines. Great value for money. It was hot outside (42°) but the zirconditiong worked beautifully.

Really nice room, we were upgraded for free. The staff did everything they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Nice breakfast, comfy beds, jacuzzi in the room. What more do I want? :)

Excellent location, very friendly staff, nice and comfortable rooms, very good breakfast and good value for money. Anna is a great host, she is very friendly and provided us with lots of useful information and restaurant recommendations. I will certainly come back to this hotel.

VIP Hotel excellent services friendly staff

We booked 3 rooms for 3 nights to escape the oppressive heatwave in Germany. Our priorities were air conditioning, a pool, walk in shower( me) and restaurant. The pool on the 5 th floor had a stunning view of the surrounding area.The hotel was spacious, rooms were comfortable and well equipped, fantastic restaurant with Japanese food. Staff were welcoming and helpful.

Everything was great. The place... The breakfast, however, impressed us. It was homemade, healthy, delicious. You felt like you were at your mom's house...

The location is absolutely perfect, everything I need for a dreamy weekend in Baden-Baden is within walking distance. The room is spacious and well organized, the bed is very comfortable, but I guess everything feels more comfortable after a long hot bath. The restaurant downstairs is also surprisingly nice, given it’s located in the middle of the town, I expected it to be more touristy, but it turns out to be very authentic and very tasty.

The hotel was in a great location. It was easy to pick up keys as we arrived very late. The room was clean and overall good value for money.
