Although we were delayed on the road and arrived at the hotel around 10:00 p.m., we were greeted very warmly by the owner — with a smile and genuine hospitality. Everything was clearly explained and shown to us, which made us feel welcome immediately. The room was absolutely wonderful: spotlessly clean, very cozy, and full of atmosphere. Every detail is thoughtfully designed and adds its own charm — festive Christmas decorations, small decorative trees and houses. Even the small radio creates a special feeling of comfort and care. It’s also worth mentioning that the room has everything you need for a comfortable stay: all the necessary dishes and complete kitchen equipment — everything is provided and well thought out. The view of the terrace is fantastic; in the morning it’s especially nice to sit there with a cup of coffee and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. We were left with only the warmest impressions. Highly recommended! We will definitely come back and recommend this place to others.

Nice aparment, full equipped and very clean. View from windows to mountains very nice. It is possible walk to the forest from apartment. Schlitz twom center 10 min walking from apartmenr. Owners very nice and kind.

The Omi Anni apartment is in the centre of the old town in Schlitz and situated in a half-timber house. We visited for a couple days with our family during the summer and there was plenty of room for the kids to play in the quite large and unique flat. Friederike was great in giving us instructions for our stay and even helped send back our daughters security blanket which we had unfortunately forgotten in the rush of leaving the last day.
