Staff is truly amazing, right up to 5 star level. The restaurant is exactly, what you would wish for at a place like this. This hotel would deserve a 5 star rating, if they had the pool/ wellness needed for this. Super well maintained rooms and fascinating hospitality

The room was very spacious and very clean!

The breakfast was excellent in a beautiful ground floor area

very comfortable and cozy, we like the place

The lady at reception was super friendly

parking was scary - corners too tight and we have a small car.

New building, large and comfortable rooms, a clean and well equipped gym space, nice and friendly staff. Frankfurt center can be reached by car in 5-6 minutes, and there is also a bus station nearby.

The reception staff were very friendly every times and it was nice to stay again. And it is easy to park car.

Clean, comfortable, convenient location

Staff where extremely nice and efficient

This is a magnificent hotel — a real castle where you truly feel like royalty. I had made a reservation for our wedding anniversary, and they exceeded our expectations. The breakfast is also excellent, and the surrounding area feels like being in the heart of a forest. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a romantic escape, and I hope to come back again.

Outstanding staff. Excellent service. Very cosy, well equipped and clean rooms. Delicious and generous breakfast. My stay was very pleasant. Definitely reccommend the hotel!

Extremely helpful and accommodating staff

Clean, comfortable, large, well appointed rooms with good natural light. Particularly liked the comfy armchair and footstool in the room. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast selection.

Everything is perfect, the best shower we’ve had.

Good location , very clean , accessible , comfortable and well insulated

My family always stays at this hotel after a long flight or during a visit nearby. A connected room option (twin + double) is ideal for a family of four. The parking building behind the hotel is easy to access. The breakfast offers various options. The price is also reasonable compared to others nearby.

Brand new property and everything is fresh

The apartment is spacious, cozy, and very clean. The linen service is also fantastic. The location is perfect, right across from a large supermarket with tons of fresh produce. I highly recommend it. The value for money is fantastic.
