Such a great hotel. The room was absolutlely great. Spacious. Everything in it were really clean and comfortable. All the staff were kind, friendly and motivated. We enjoyed the breakfast a lot. Really as good as it can get. And since we travel by train, the proximity to the current station was extra convenient.

Very nice design overall and well thought out. I found out that this used to be a jail where many Jews were imprisoned. While the leaning into the prison details nice design-wise, I'm not sure it's considerate. However, its functioning as a hotel overall is pretty impeccable from form to functions. While there's a surcharge for dogs, it's the only hotel we've been to that actually set up a nice little corner for our pup with bed/mat, bowls and a bag of treats. It's such nice little details.

Beautifully appointed property in the stunning town of Gengenbach. Our room, the outdoor area, spa and restaurants were exceptional. We enjoyed two dinners at Cocette and the breakfasts were lovely.

The hotel, run by family, is warm and cozy. You feel home right away. Dogs are welcome and the service is outstanding. The surroundings are beautiful. We highly recommend the junior suite. You can hear the birds chirping and the sound of the creek.

The room was lovely and the little village too. We had time to go for a short swim in the nearby lake which was great. Breakfast was good, you got asked how you wanted your eggs (brilliant) and the staff was super friendly.

The standard room although small has been very well equipped, clean and comfortable! It is easily accessible from the highway, close to railway station. Parking in front of the hotel ( not in the hotel's parking) is almost always available and free of charge.

Very clean and modern hotel. Beds were very comfortable. Nice toiletries in the bathroom. Breakfast buffet was big with many tasty options. Very nice coffee. Staff was very friendly and professional. We stayed one night when travelling and it was perfect for us. Supermarket just across the street.

A completely standard B&B. We were given rooms next to each other - thx! Wi-fi signal was good, as well as the breakfast. And we got a discount on breakfast for children - that's always nice) Parking is pretty close, and the hotel seems to reimburse some of the cost, which is nice!

It's close to ski lifts if you want to ski, but it's also a beautiful hiking area with many attractions nearby. There are also small towns and villages, restaurants, and regional products... However, the area is better known than Ottershöfen in the Black Forest.
