Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten die Möglichkeit unsere Fahrräder in einer großzügigen Garage abzustellen. Die Zimmer bequem ausgestattet und sauber sind.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Butz and we're definitely coming back to this for us new favourite! Everything was well over our expectations. Clean spacious room with very comfortable beds and a fresh bathroom with everything you want. Restaurant with varied and delicious food and welcoming staff. They asked what time we wanted breakfast which usually was served at 8 a clock. We needed it at 7 a clock. Seven a clock next morning our very own very beautifully presented and generous breakfast was ready at our table. The staff where all so nice and friendly and we really felt that they wanted us to have the best experience possible at their hotel. we had our two dogs with us and the surroundings are peaceful and nice for walks. Highly recommend Hotel Butz to people who value quality and tranquility and a friendly athmosfere.

The location was exceptionally quiet, the apartment was cut in a great way (living area separated from sleeping area). In addition to the requested baby bed our apartment contained a changing mat, a nappy trash can, a package of wet wipes, a small toy and a pixie book for our 1.5 year old- which was amazing and so thoughtful-really great!! The view from the windows was also great and it was just absolutely enjoyable altogether! The Italian restaurant also offered tasty food for takeout which we ate in our apartment, as we didn’t want to take our kids to the restaurant. Nice staff, also great breakfast!

Great atmosphere, all kind of services for the younger and the older guests. Everything fresh and clean. A short ride (car or bike) to the beautiful closeby city Neustadt in Holstein.

Breakfast location was excellent with inside and outside facilities. The choice of food was excellent and it was also possible to ask for heated porridge or a fried egg for example. The person responsible for breakfast was professional, helpful and friendly.

Ancora was a great choice. Very cozy, very close to the sea. Breakfast was very delicious, people were very kind.

The breakfast was plentiful and varied. I liked the idea that you could order your breakfast the night before. The hotel was ideally located on the seafront with a beautiful view of the Ostsee. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I particularly enjoyed relaxing in the cosy hotel bar.
