The breakfast was lovely. Lots of choice of breads and toppings, great pastries and the scrambled egg was gorgeous. Not keen on the bacon but that is my personal taste not the quality of the product.

Very nice apartment. Perfect stop on the way to Norway. The building is quite new, modern, well-made and very clean. The communication with the host was nice and uncomplicated. It is situated in the countryside in a lovely area of rolling hills and farms; the last km is a (good) gravel/forest road but no issue. We had a good nights rest here and can only recommend Fredensholm Annex.

We loved staying in this countryside house near Horsens. We were greeted with cake and warm drinks and enjoyed having the living room to relax. The owner, Tove was kind and hospitable and gave us the most wonderful breakfast by the fireplace, with fresh bread from a local bakery. This is a quaint, comfortable and spacious home. The bedrooms were comfortable and well lit. The bathroom is the biggest I have seen with beautiful pink marble tiles. The owner keeps her dog out of reach from the guests area but we loved meeting her in the morning. We really enjoyed our stay here and will recommend to anyone wanting to stay in a comfortable home in the countryside.

We didn’t try the breakfast, as we were in a self-catering cabin. The location is fantastic! It is off the beaten track, right on the lake, surrounded by hiking trails, peaceful and geared for an active vacation. The staff is very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again for a longer period of time.
