Very friendly host! The room was cozy and very clean. Also the breakfast was great; the fridge is filled with good food and there’s also coffee, tea, different juices and so on. It was also nice that my dog was very welcome too!

Our host was not only warm and kind, but also shared great tips about places to visit and eat — which really made a difference during our stay. Peaceful, charming, and truly unique The place has so much character and a calm, relaxed atmosphere. We absolutely loved the unique setting — it's not something you come across often. Everything thoughtfully provided Both in the tent and the extra rooms, everything was arranged with great care, down to the smallest detail. It was clear that a lot of love and attention had gone into it. Perfect for kids There was plenty to explore in the garden, and our 7-year-old had an amazing time. It's a place where both adults and children can fully enjoy themselves. We honestly wished we could have stayed longer — and we’ll definitely be back!

Avalon house is a reasonable place to stay on the outskirts of the city, however it costs 225DKK to get there by taxi from the city centre and when I left I had to walk 4kms before I could get a bus on a Sunday morning. For some reason I just couldn't get through to a taxi company.
