The common area is really good. The staff is really nice and friendly.

Very responsive to gain access. Need to leave a clear sign at the door though. Also, need to put up signage to notify guests they can use the kitchen.

The receptionist is so accomodating, and its quite, also the room is clean and I love that it has its own toilet, and it is also easy to find and near to a lot of establishments

Everything was great, even smallest details. Very nice how all of the hotel(lobby, bar, corridors, rooms) was in cinema style. Very good breakfast. Good and easy location!

Food excellent. Staff excellent. Location great.

Location and really friendly stuff

The place itself - the gardens in which the hotel is located and also i loved that it was close to the new Carlsberg region. The staff was very kind and pleasant, so it was comfy to ask anything we wanted.

Check-in counter is aesthetically pleasing; Room has serene aesthetic with distinctively Danish furniture

Magnificent ambiance that creates a truly inviting atmosphere, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff who go above and beyond to meet your needs, spacious and comfortable rooms with all the necessary amenities, and delicious, well-prepared food with excellent presentation and flavor combinations.

The hotel is located in a very nice area, so close to the city center. Rooms are clean, staff is very polite and overall it’s always been a good experience.

One refurbishment very well done When I book I supposed it was an old hotel But it’s totally new And really comfortable Location, cleaning and comfort

I liked the eco aspect of everything, wonderful healthy and delicious choices for breakfast, lovely tv room and great atmosphere in the hotel. Very free to go as one pleases and lovely walks around the lake nearby.

Incredible service, great location.

Really good location. Staff were amazing. Rooms were lovely and comfy. Free glass of wine every evening. Rooftop seating area was great.

The design and feel of the hotel is so special, incredibly friendly staff and an amazing location/neighborhood! We loved renting a bike from the hotel. Favourite place to stay when in Copenhagen, can’t wait to visit again!

This is an amazing local hotel, feels homely and right in the center of Frederiksberg.

Staff were amazing, the breakfast was great, the interior design was gorgeous and the lobby was a really social space. It was comfortable to be in, which was really nice in itself, but given we were staying there with a small party (8 people) it was really convenient and ended up being a bit of a social hub. We were there for a special occasion and the staff really made a fuss of us the whole time. It made it more special. Would stay again!

A wonderful stay! The hotel was beautifully detailed, with stunning flowers and a calm, elegant lobby. The staff was exceptionally kind and caring, making the experience even more special. I also enjoyed the partnering hotel’s excellent breakfast and relaxing SPA treatment. Everything was perfect, and I will definitely choose this hotel again!
