His was such a special spot to stay in Otavalo. We took many pictures of the lobby, restaurant, and all the amazing design details. The location was excellent, we easily found parking outside, the staff was friendly and helpful, and we will absolutely stay in Hotel Otavalo whenever in the area.

Everything! Room looked really nice and everything was in order. You got a towel, soap, you even had the new testament to read in Spanish and English lol. There was a tiny (but old) TV. You could refill your water bottle. You got hot water instantly, no wait! Exceptional value for money.
