Olan on the desk was very accomodating, my trip from Uk was long with missed connections , i asked at 9am when i arrived if i could leave my bags somewhere safe , kindly he let me book in early and also upgraded the room The beds and rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were all great Breakfasts were amazing one long table of fresh amazing food and plenty of hot and cold drinks A variety of shops and eating places easy distance and banks 2 mins walk Would 100% stay again Dan

I really enjoyed my experience. Everything was clean, cozy, and you can truly feel the care and attention to detail. I would especially like to thank you for the refund — given the current situation in our country, I didn’t even ask for it, but it was handled with such understanding and kindness. To be honest I'm extremely fussy but I couldn't fault this hotel the suite was lovely, the bed big and comfy. Staff were all so nice and professional. Check in was quick and easy. The restaurant and food was wow 👌

We stayed in 2 of their rooms and they were both great, quiet and clean. Pools were great except they close at 6pm every night due to the life guards leaving. Not that the life guards watch anyway. Bit weird. Lady on the desk was lovely and so helpful especially as we were then when the war started. Facilities in the room were great

The hotel is absolutely amazing! The building and its architecture are just WOW, and being right in the center of the city makes everything so easy and comfortable. The lobby in the evening is simply magical, you really feel like royalty there. From the very first moment, the staff at the entrance were so friendly and welcoming, and during our whole stay everyone was super helpful. A special thanks to Ayelet, the main manager, who made our vacation unforgettable with her kindness and hospitality. Breakfasts were fantastic — there was something for everyone, and the cheese table was a real highlight. We also caught some live music performances at the hotel, which created such a nice atmosphere in the evenings. We left with the best impressions, and it truly made our trip unforgettable.

Check-in was on Shabbat, but the staff was very accommodating they allowed a late check-out, one hour later. At reception, Sagi and the front desk manager kindly gave us vouchers for a complimentary lunch, which was a great gesture. The lunch was excellent high-quality food and outstanding service from Lisa, probably one of the best we’ve experienced. Overall, the food was delicious, not too salty, and well-prepared (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). The infrastructure is modern and mostly renovated, and the atmosphere is quiet, pleasant, and family-oriented. Housekeeping was impressive even though we had the “Do not disturb” sign, staff politely asked in the corridor if we needed water or fresh towels. The beach is right across the street, sunbeds are free for hotel guests, and it’s a perfect spot for beginners to observe fish and enjoy the sea

We wanted to have vacations. We got it. The food was so delicious, different and fresh. Maybe not many types of alcohols, but it was enough for us. There was typical alcohol, various drinks, juice, ice juice and other. Room was clean. Shirley is the big heart of this hotel. She has decided our problem with lightning speed. Thanks to her for personal approach. I have never seen hotel’s manager like her. It costs more than the price of this hotel. Clean, tasty and comfortable.
