We walked from the train station to the hotel with our luggage. I recommend a taxi, because it is uphill. The location is great for seeing historic Girona. The room is beautifully appointed in an historic building, which more than made up for the absence of views from the windows. The breakfast was excellent with a very comfortable well designed and appointed dining room as well. It is a friendly location for cyclists with nice display case homage to the sport in the hotel lobby area. We came as tourists, not cyclists and we appreciated the great walks from the hotel in the heart of historic Girona.

The hotel helped us to check in early as requested. The pool was amazing and a great way to spend the day when the weather is hot. Honestly, I don't understand why this hotel only has 3 stars. The breakfast was delicious with a huge variety of foods. The beds were very comfortable, AC worked properly, the room was clean and huge, much bigger than expected. There is a bus stop right across the hotel to go to the old town. Just a reminder, there is a Carrefour and many more supermarkets nearby, but they are closed on Sundays. I walked for about 15 minutes to find a store that was open. Best get everything you need before checking in. Overall, the perfect hotel to spend a couple of days in beautiful Girona!

Awesome bike friendly hotel situated nicely in the heart of Girona. They have nice bike rooms with locking bike stands, repair stand, pumps, tools and a place to wash and dry your bike. Also a wonderful rooftop bar. The rooms were nice and spacious.
