This hotel has a beautiful historic exterior that really stands out—people walking by would literally stop and admire it! The atmosphere is full of charm. The front desk staff were all super friendly and professional, making me feel very welcome. My room was incredibly spacious, with an amazing bathroom—and I was so happy to have a bathtub! Best of all, the view of Toledo from my window was absolutely unforgettable. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!P.S. When the elevator wasn’t working from the 3rd to the 2nd floor, one of the cleaning staff immediately helped carry my suitcase down the stairs. She was amazing—such great service!

The hotel was clean and very comfortable, beds were good, shower good, airconditioning good. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent, with a good selection. Would stay here again. We arrived by bus at the central bus station, bus 12 gets you into Toledo & bus 71 gets you to hotel door.

Beautiful surroundings and building, the room was big and stylish, the bathroom had a lot of space. The only thing I found uncomfortable is that the toilet within the room is not entirely separated from the room from the ceiling (open).
