The view from our room was perfect. We had a beautiful view overlooking the city of Toledo. Easy walk to Toledo from the hotel, also a bus if needed on the road near the hotel into the centre of Toledo. The restaurant staff were very good but very limited English spoken. My wife requires a gluten free/lactose free meal and this wasn't very well understood by the waiting staff in the restaurant. Having said that, the food in the restaurant was excellant and good value for money. Breakfast has limited choice if you have an egg allergy and each item charged for individually but good value.

Toledo fell short of our expectations.
Toledo fell short of our expectations. There is a lot of tourist tat, and buses and cars in the narrow streets create noise and fumes. The Cathedral is worth a visit and has some unique features. The Synagogues are small but beautiful. It is worth seeking out family-run restaurants for good food.

Toledo is beautiful.
Toledo is beautiful. A large old town area - we kept getting lost in the maze of alleyways & passages but in a good way and found all sorts of intriguing places. You are surrounded by layers of history (Roman, Visigoth, Moorish etc) & so many stunning buildings & plazas. It’s also a good base for other places nearby - we visited the windmills in Consuegra & the hillside town of Cuenca (further away but worth the journey for its spectacular location). (n.b. Just realised the photos are from Consuegra, not Toledo but can’t edit!)

I am a wheelchair user, I booked particularly this hotel to be able to use the swimming pool. when I want to use the pool, I found out that it is not possible for a wheelchair users to have access to the pool. the whole pool is surrounded by a metal fence. the only way to get to the pool is through a shower gate with one step down.
If I knew the swimming pool is not accessible, I wouldn't have booked/stayed there.
I think the hotel should mention that their pool is not suitable for wheelchair users in their website.
It was very hot that day in Toledo and the fact that I couldn't use the pool ruined my day.

Lovely compact city and easy to visit.
Lovely compact city and easy to visit. Lots of interesting things to see and do but research abit before you go as I might be overwhelming and you miss the best bits - or go with a guide. Free parking just outside the city but be prepared for hills and lots of walking. I would love to visit again to see more even though the main square is full of tourists, there are so many hidden corners that you can find your own quiet spaces. Our amazing find was the Museum of siege weapons - full of history, physics and maths as well as full sized siege weapons through history.

Toledo is a small compact walled city on a hill.
Toledo is a small compact walled city on a hill. It has a wealth of history wherever you look. I would recommend getting a walking tour as there is a good accreditation system which allows guides into locked areas around the city.
A great place to walk, drink beer and eat tapas.
The location is amazing in the center of old town. It has a special feel to stay in a place with such ancient history. Under the apartment are some Roman Thermal baths that they found during the renovation. ( entrance is free).
But the highlight of this stay was meeting Miguel, our host and the best ambassador for Toledo. we will love to come back with the rest of the family.
Brand new facilities, with extra comfortable beds, stylish decor, and all nowadays technologies. Communication with the host was exceptional. Even you are located in the best spot of Toledo's old town, there is no street noise or etc. Guys - this is a different level, but every one of you has to try booking this place. You will not regret it. Well well recomended!
Everything was fantastic, from the room to the services to the food. I will definitely stay here again as i have to travel to toledo on a relatively regular basis. One of the best hotels i have stayed in. Best in Toledo in terms of Price to Quality ratio.
Boutique hotel in the heart of Toledo, located on the second biggest square in a historical building. Terrace on the top floor has a stunning view. All furniture and bathrooms were brand new.
