• Excellent location – right in the heart of Madrid, within walking distance to Gran Vía, Puerta del Sol, shops, and restaurants. Perfect for exploring the city. • Clean and comfortable rooms – modern, well-maintained, and cozy with everything needed for a pleasant stay. • Great service – staff were welcoming, helpful, and always ready to assist. • Good breakfast – tasty and with a variety of options to start the day. • Value for money – very good quality compared to the price and location. • Convenience – easy access to public transport and all main attractions.

Location was in Centro/Central Madrid. Right next to tons of dining, bars and nightlife. Very close walk to many places and short drive to quaint places outside of Madrid. Within a 2-25 min walk you can be almost anywhere in downtown Madrid. Who needs breakfast and in house dining when you can step outside for anything you need. We did love the location that allowed us to get a true feeling of Madrid city life for the 3 days we were there.

-The best location, right in the middle of everything. -The staff were very nice and accommodating. -The room was quite spacious, modern and clean with AC working properly. -The breakfast food was tasty. -Event though it was located in the middle of the hustle and bustle, the room was very quiet and could sleep comfortably at night.

Ideal place for visiting Madrid: city centre, all famous places are in walking distance, shopping mall in front of hotel, huge amount of cafes and restaurants around

The whole staff was so kind, helpful and professional, especially German helped us a lot with very good eating and city tips, he is a great concierge!!!. The service of the room was excellent, we loved also that they provide you from the beginning with enough towels. Of course the smell of the edition is worldwide the same and we looove it. The location could not be better, in the middle of the center, lots of shops and restaurant…

The location was great, the room was nice, clean and comfortable although the table was so small that I couldn’t really sit there wit my notebook

Location is outstanding just a few meters from Plaza Mayor. The hotel is very historic dating back many years, but very up to date. Staff is outstanding. Breakfast was good.

The rooms were spacious and the hotel staff were very friendly. One of the staff was very helpful and gave plenty of tips of where to eat and things to see and do. I would recommend staying here to anyone visiting Madrid. The location was fantastic.
