Where can I start? The hotel is first of all beautifully decorated. It’s a high quality of furniture and the details of the hotel are top notch. The room was cozy but big enough and again very nicely decorated. Warm and classy. Bed was comfortable and water was provided every day. Plus a little chocolate. Cleaning staff super friendly. Breakfast was great. Fresh eggs of choice. Amazing coffee. Not the biggest breakfast but more than enough. Also here is the staff very friendly and professional. Real 5 star treatment. I have been in minimal 15 different hotels throughout Madrid. But this one is definitely my favorite. Location is Also perfect. Congratulations to this amazing hotel. Can’t wait to come back Again. 💜🙌🏽

Everything, specially the quality

Very good location, central and close to nice coffee places, restaurants and shops. Comfy bed, spacious room, beautifully decorated. Nice pool area, good to refresh on a hot day.

The location is good, 5mins to Sol station, in walking distance you can reach to many restaurants, bars and shopping stores. The room is spacious and cozy, and room cleaning is available everyday.

i liked that the hotel added handheld bidet in the toilet, this is a huge plus for us as a middle east arab tourist, since it is very important for us. but the pressure of the water can be bit less, since it is very strong.
