Beautifull little apartment in a new building. It has everything you need, and if you are by car, location is great and you have a free parking spot. Host was really nice and gave us all the information else needed. WiFi is fast, and little balcony Is perfect for morning coffee. Supermarket, Caffè and Pizza place few steps away.

Apartment was fabulous, clean, modern, lovely furniture, comfortable bed, complete kitchen which good quality dishes etc, perfect bathroom. Host response efficient and helpful. Great value. The host was very proactive in contacting me with all the details needed for the check-in. They were only texting in Spanish, me in English, but it was fine. The place was impressively modern and almost looked new. All the furniture, the tiles, the whole place was incredible. It felt great being there, honestly. We got some beers and water from the owner, as well as coffee and some croissants. We had no issues with noise, either. The place also has a nice underground parking.

We ate in the restaurant and it was a lovely steak meal with wine. Well cooked and presented and at a reasonable price. The room was excellent, large, clean. One word of caution the hotel is split into 3 sections but uses the same numbers in each. We were trying to get into the right number but wrong section. Instructions need to be a little clearer. Would stay there again .

I was on a long trip and was hoping to relax at the pool for...

I was on a long trip and was hoping to relax at the pool for a couple of days but the pool wasn't open and the grounds were unkempt. Getting in and out of Seville was challenging as I ended up having to take taxis for at least half of my stay which made this venue way more expensive than I had planned. I didn't feel safe in the evenings walking from the bus stop and the staff were not as helpful as they could have been regarding transportation options. While I was staying in the apartments I wasn't aware of the restaurant options that were available in the hotel or the neighbourhood attached to this venue. There was a good supermarket however within 5 minutes walking. The local community was friendly and gave me a different view of Bormujos and how life is in the suburbs rather than the city of Seville.

The apartment was super clean, quiet and comfortable. Everything worked well and a big comfortable double bed. Excellent communication with the owner, they replied within minutes of every question I asked. I asked to stay an extra night and it wasn't a problem. I will definitely be booking again when next visiting Sevilla. Supermarket Dia close by and buses direct into Sevilla. Excellent service!

It is a very nice apartment and well situated with a private parking. Good amenities and a fast wifi. Maria was very helpful and always made sure we had everything we needed. We were also extremely happy to discover a great welcome gift pack with coffee and teas and other little things, it was a very nice touch. We will keep this adresse for our futur travels to Sevilla.

Great stay, best hotel have stayed in this year. The room was beautiful and so spacious, the bedroom was separate from the lounge and we had a kettle with tea and coffee fridge and tv in each room. Everything so clean, the staff very friendly. Breakfast was good, and the food truck in the restaurant in the evening was amazing. Highly recommend.

We stay here all the time, it appears that upgrades have been made and we weren't able to access the swimming pool at the apartment or the hotel. They are usually very accommodating but not this time.
