The hotel is located in walking distance to the town center and the beach. The hotel was nice, clean, small but comfortable. Swimming pool was clean. We had all inclusive and the burgers by the pool area were a nice touch. Most of the staff were very friendly and nice. However we did not receive a proper welcome when we arrived.

A busy tourist beachside town with plenty of choice for restaurants bars etc as well as the usual holidays shops. The main shopping area is pedestrianised so thats great but for me too crowded and busy, a sort of Spanish Benalmadena without the nonsense, clean, no drinks and no nonsense

Calella beach was very clean and stretches for a few miles before it joins the next resort and didn’t get overcrowded. Nice restaurants and bars and the town is much quieter than Lloret which was a pleasant surprise. Would recommend a visit and would definitely go back.
It is easy to walk around the narrow streets and along the promenade to the next resorts along the coast. We didn’t hire the free bikes as we preferred to walk but the offer of free bike hire is definitely a bonus offered by the hotel.

Calella is 1.5h from Barcelona city.
Calella is 1.5h from Barcelona city. If you're prepared to travel that far outside the city, then stay here. There are not a lot of activities to do in the area, this place is best for lounging about on the beach or by the pool.
1. Private place at underground parking just in front of house. And this is a really huge advantage.
2. Close to main Calella street with all shops and activities, but quiet place at the same time.
3. 3 minutes to the beach. And note that beach at this part is ten times less crowdy than at western part of Calella, where the most of hotels placed. At the same time all beach infrastructure is also present. Just nobody jumps over your head.
4. Good air conditioning at the property.
5. Very friendly host.
The hotel is in a perfect location , in front of the beach yet right next to the main street where shops and restaurants are. The staff are friendly and the check in process was easy. The room was clean and had a large flat screen TV and spacious bathroom. The free wifi works fast but you can not stream videos on youtube, you have to pay for premium wifi. The pool looks nice enough and overall good experience.
We stayed for Ironman Barcelona. The hotel is well placed, just a few minutes walking to the swim start and transition areas. Breakfast was good with lots of healthy options. There was also an early 5am breakfast on the day of the Ironman. The beach bar was excellent for dinner too with healthy options. The staff arranged a reservation for us there which was helpful.
we liked that the staff were all very polite. There was an abundance of food all day every day - not all to our taste but nevertheless the variety was very good. we liked the pool and the all inclusive bar and we liked that we had our room made up every day amd fresh towels. we were also given complimentary shampoo and shower gel each day
The photos used is a bit misleading. It shows rooms that are very modern and updated. The actual room we stayed in had a lower standard and served mainly as a place to sleep. The nights are quite loud as the hotel plays loud music in the bar which can be heard late after midnight in the rooms.
Very friendly staff, our hotel room was clean and tidy. We had access to the hotel roof which is superb and also the spa with sauna. On the beach we had free sits with sunshade. The location is great and we could use the hotel parking. The breakfast had many options.
If you need a bed and breakfast in Calella the property is a five star establishment. The owners are fabulous and went out of their way in getting us to the train station on time. The rooms were clean and comfortable, while the breakfast was a great start of any day.
I was truly surprise about a quality, what I get for a price in this wonderfull hotel. Run by a family, very friendly. Room was cleaned every day, breakfast was fresh every morning. I would like to stay here again, when I wil get a chance to visit Calella.
The looks, proximity to town and beach, the restaurant buffets. Hotel lobby is gorgeous. Restaurant is loud but good vibe. Parking is on the street, but free! Room is spacious. And it smells good! Great pool too…
Price is very reasonable!
Nice, clean hotel. Value for money and for a short stay was perfect for what we needed. It’s right on the beach and a 2 minute walk from town however we kept the door open all night and we couldn’t hear the noise from town at all.
Hotel is old but well maintained and clean, polite staff and good breakfast and dinner. There is no luxury, but hotel has everything you need on the trip where time spent in hotel was used for meal and sleep.
Very clean, comfortable and functional apartments, with a very good value for money. Highly recommended in Calella, on the Costa del Maresme, near (60km) from Barcelona. 10 min from train station.
Food at the restaurant (have eaten the best mexican food at that resturant I warmly recommend) and area around the hotel very nice many shops at Cella centrum very close.
Location next to the beach is perfect. It's also very close to Barcelona and within 3h drive to Andorra. The coastal area is beautiful in Calella and surrounding
