This property is exceptional in all respects: staff, decor, rooms, location, views from the room, food, value for money, everything. It is recently renovated. The breakfast is excellent. It's really the staff that make it so worthwhile, they are so kind and effortlessly genuine and we appreciated it so much. We were traveling with a 4 year old and they went above and beyond for her too.

The property looks nothing like pictures ! And the stuff - the receptionists were so rude and they even tried to charge us twice for the same service , thinking we won’t see it in the receipt . It’s really spoiled the whole impression about Majorca , they really abused my trip and I hope no one goes through the same . 0 out 10 and - out of 10 for the service . Leading must know this hotel only leading to depression hotel , not leading hotel if the world !

From the moment you drive through the electric gates you are greeted with manicured gardens and view of the stunning period country house. Beautiful hotel in an outstanding location. We were upgraded upon arrival to a lovely suite, which was very much appreciated. The staff were incredibly helpful, breakfast outstanding and service and amenities wonderful. Really could not fault this hotel - would highly recommend.
