Friendly welcome, clean, plenty space to chill within lounge area, pool, deck chairs. Amazing location with great restaurants and easy parking. Great for a relaxing break away from busy tourist areas. Only short drive to stunning national park. Can almost guarantee sunny skies as above hazy clouds :)

The breakfast was large and varied for differing tastes giving fabulous value for money. The hotel was spotlessly clean and well looked after with lovely decoration and extremely comfortable. The standout undoubtedly were the proprietor and her staff who worked extremely hard and long hours to make sure that every customer was well catered for and happy. The evening restaurant had an extensive menu and the food excellent and good value even though this would be difficult to execute for such a small team. It would be a real shame should anything need to change at this small, lovely, well run hotel.

Fantastic views of the golf course, the neighboring island, and, of course, the magnificent and mighty ocean. The apartment feels even more spacious than advertised, and the terrace is a great bonus.

Amazing location, spacious suites (we booked one 3 bedroom and one 1 bedroom suites). Both were gorgeous. The 3 bedroom had a big terrace with jacuzzi and wonderful sunset views.

the pool by the room is perfect for young kids. The staff were so helpful. The location is quiet and perfect for young families, close enough to beach and restaurants if you want to leave the resort.

Breakfast is the best 👌 also room cleaning every day is awesome. Plenty of parking spaces good location.

I really liked all the staff..those in reception, dining room and elsewhere. They made me feel welcome and my every request was well received and fulfilled. I was able to book 4 excursions on the premises and these were all terrific

Absolutely beautiful hotel. The service was top notch. Check in was easy. They were able to honor our early check in request. The pool area is so relaxing and beautiful. The service was excellent. The room was huge and so clean. The Guerlain Imperial scented toiletries made me feel like royalty. The room was well appointed. We had a nice large balcony with views of the water in the distance. It was especially beautiful at night with the lights twinkling in the distance. There wasn't parking available, but David was nice enough to wait until there was street parking available and parked our car for us. We had to leave early in the morning, so we missed breakfast, but they packed us a huge picnic breakfast to take to the airport with us. Excellent dinner at the restaurant.

Nos gustó absolutamente todo. A destacar: - Habitación: Camas cómodas, baño y jacuzzi interior inmaculado, mobiliario nuevo, las vistas a playa paraíso, el silencio del exterior y la ubicación al sol. - Personal: Personal de 10 en todas las áreas y/o servicios, desde recepción pasando por los piscineros. Todos muy atentos, dispuestos ayudar y cercanos. - Piscinas: Grandes, piscinas climatizadas, amplias, con buen servicio de bares y toallas. - Servicio de habitaciones: En general muy atentos y profesionales las 2 veces que hicieron la habitación la dejaron de en sueño. Además, las compañeras de pisos de zona y mantenimiento tenían las instalaciones de oro en punta. - Buffé: Aunque algo ruidoso por el volumen de huéspedes, todo cercano y bien distribuido, desayuno de calidad y con cantidad de elecciones. - Instalaciones: Como seña de la marca, bien ambientada en temática musical, fue un placer recorrer todas las instalaciones viendo memorabilita y objetos de bandas y artistas varios. - Espectáculos: El hotel dió servicios de eventos en hall que era una delicia e hizo que las 2 tardes noches fueran espectaculares.

The overall experience was great. The facilities are modern and beautiful, the pool areas are incredible, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our entire 7-night stay. The main buffet always offered a great variety and excellent quality, which we truly enjoyed every day. The entertainment activities super nice and the #RiuParty on Friday was awesome.

What a beautiful spot! Great views from our room and every restaurant, and even from the pools! The kids pool/play area was very fun, and the food was great. I had also looked at a nearby international music-themed chain hotel, and for the same price my kids would have had to sleep on a sofa bed, whereas here they each had a twin bed.

Location is quiet but that’s not a major problem. Everything feels fresh, clean and classy.

Everything was great, the room was comfortable and included all needed equipment and facilities. The food was great. The pool area was clean and the staff was friendly. In short one of the best vacations I had in the last years. Very recommended.
