SunView Hotel got great customer service and the hospitality is amazing. The restaurant is excellent. The room was so quiet which helped deep sleep. The manager was available to listen and fixed things discussed at the spot. The hotel is located close to the airport and they provide shuttle service. Overall, it is one of the best places to come again and again.

Jano is a brand new hotel, exceptionally clean, with excellent staff service. Everyone was very friendly, polite and accommodating. Danite Salomon and all the woman at the front desk were all very kind and helpful with any questions and directions. Buffet style breakfast was complimentary, with plenty of fresh juices, fruit, vegetables and other continental foods. Location is near the airport and shopping centers for last minute purchases. I will definitely stay at Jano on my next Ethiopian trip

I had a wonderful stay at BENTARK Hotel in Addis Ababa! The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome. The hotel’s location is perfect—close to the airport and within easy reach of great restaurants and attractions. The breakfast buffet offered a nice mix of local and international options, and the free Wi-Fi was reliable throughout my stay. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Addis Ababa.

Utmost privacy and calm environment. Free laundry service. Friendly staff who always ask you if the meal is delicious. The airport Shuttle wasn't available when I was leaving but they gave me 200 ETB and called a taxi 🚕 to get me to the airport. This was an excellent gesture.

I had a nice time. The staff was helpful and everyone is willing to help you no matter how small your problems may be. They’re all understanding and professional in their duties. Both the room and the bathroom has lots of space and are highly cleaned. Definitely will be booking again.
