Loved the location, about 20min walk from the train station and the mall is located right next to the mall.

It’s was the cheapest option available (close enough to walk to rovaniemi) and honestly I wasn’t expecting such a good room. The room is very comfortable, the shower is great and everything very clean. It’s a 5 min walk from the center of the city.

Slightly away from the city centre but not so far, it was walkable. Breakfast was excellent. Although we were early for checkin but it was nicely arranged by the Reception staff. That was a great relief.

Amazing location, it's great to be able to stay in a cute cabin in the Arctic Circle. The cabin is clean, big and charming. The sauna is amazing, although it may be small for more than two people. The staff was so nice and helpful. Would recommend.

Everything was great! The place has a spectacular view from the windows, next to the forest, but at the same time in the center of Santa Claus village.

This Resort was absolutely amazing! From the start, the service was exceptional — friendly, welcoming, and incredibly efficient. The reindeer meat was a real highlight; it was flavorful and cooked to perfection. The breakfast spread was fresh, with local ingredients that really gave us a taste of the region’s flavors. We loved how traditional the dinner menu was, showcasing local dishes that felt authentic and full of character. The service throughout the entire experience was kind and professional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and taken care of. Booking the tour was quick and easy, and everything was meticulously planned, and it was clear they put a lot of effort into organizing every detail. One of the best parts was meeting the huskies and reindeers truly an unforgettable experience! Getting up close to the animals, learning about their care, and even having a chance to interact with them made the whole trip even more special. The entire experience was truly magical, and we’re so glad we chose this tour. Overall, it was a flawless experience, and we couldn’t have asked for a better way to explore this incredible region. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic and memorable adventure!

This property is amazing! The suite was truly beautiful, the design is warm and welcoming. The ambiance inside the suite really compliments the stunning view, the snowfall felt like a winter wonderland. The private island feels special, very new, clean and cared for. All of the staff are wonderful. The chef personally attends the table to explain the meal, adding to a unique experience. The food is exquisite. The chef completely catered to a gluten free guest, exceptional food and stunning dining location. The library with a fire and drinks is super cute and inviting. Worth every cent and highly recommend!

It’s an all-in-one wholistic experience! It felt like staying in a dream! The room is so cozy and comfy, and the view is amazing! You’ve got all you need in the room.

Lovely hotel, with nice rooms and a delicious buffet breakfast included. Staff were extremely helpful and even packed us a breakfast bag for our final morning as we were leaving before breakfast was served. Amenities in the hotel were great and the hotel is really central, a few minutes walk from the supermarket, mall and lots of restaurants. Only a 15 minute drive from the airport and Santas village

The staff were incredibly kind and the igloos were well placed for Santa’s village.

The live egg counter was good and the blue berry powder in the breakfast service. Unfortunately for dinner service they has a vegetarian lasagne which they only had served 1 dish for and which finished and that was there only main dish. So a lot of people like myself were very dissapointed with not serving enough food and only having 1 main dish.

One of a kind experience! You sleep above a lovely lake & at night you can watch the stars. The Igloo is located in a small fairytale-like forest. You even have a hot tub to relax in. Absolutely great if you want to wind down from daily stress :)

Really pleasant and recently renovated hotel. The sunrise views are beautiful, the staff are kind and welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent. Would gladly come again!

We had a wonderful stay at Original Sokos Vaakuna Rovaniemi. Everything was perfect — the breakfast, the room, and the location. The hotel was warm, comfortable, and spotless. They also paid special attention to our 5-year-old daughter and even left children’s juices for her, which we truly appreciated. Highly recommended!
