Located in Pargas, Brännskärs stugor offers accommodations with a patio. There's a seating and/or dining area in some units. Guests at the lodge can enjoy a buffet breakfast. Our holidays on Brannskär were absolutely great! We loved the island, our cottage, the café and restaurant. The people working there were adorable, they made our stay perfect. We rent SUP-boards and Kayaks to take a trip around the island. Visiting the sauna is also a must. We will definitely come back one day and would recommend this place to everybody who wants to enjoy nature, likes to relax and also enjoys good food (with smoked fish from the island or homemade cinammon buns). The cabins are beautiful, made sustainable from a Brännskär-carpenter. They also have a very nice interior, we felt very welcome and were sad to leave.
Set in Stormälö, Villa Reuter offers accommodations with free WiFi. The accommodations features a sauna at a surcharge. An exceptional experience of accommodation in the archipelago. Fully equipped, beautiful flat where even things like olive oil, coffee and parchment paper are there ready for you. The hosts are a picture of hospitality, happy to give you tips in the area. There is also bicycles and canoes to borrow. The sauna is amazing with views to the sea and well worth the extra cost. One of the best accommodation experiences I've had in Finland.
The room was very clean and had a lot of space. The hotel is in front of the seaside, so is nice to have a walk around. the breakfast is very simple, not particularly good, but also not bad. The same goes for the restaurant downstairs in general, I had dinner only one time, but I didn't like the food very much. Pargas is a nice city, 1 day is enough to see everything. It is not the best departure point to see the Archipelago. I suggest to stay in Nagu, or even to just stay in Turku and take the boats to the archipelago from there.
