The staff were so polite and helpful...I have no words. They just made our short stay so pleasant! Facilities were as expected: clean and well maintained. We also liked dining at hotel’s restaurant—very tasty food and kids-friendly place. Note that guest get free access to snowman world at Rovaniemi, which is a really cool place for kids.

Aurora huts are truly amazing in the property. Northern lights can be seen from the huts and also stars in a clear sky. Noteworthy thing is the private sauna wood fired which helps in complete relaxation. Very friendly staff and are always ready to assist .

Very nice place! 15 min away from Rovaniemi, the host are kind and considerate and the place is clean and well taken cared of. We fed the reindeers, the kids played in the snow-there is also small toboggan place and we were lucky enough to enjoy the Aurora from the warmth of our bed! Lovely experience! Thank you

The villa exceeded expectations: it was clean, fully equipped with a kitchen, featured underfloor heating with adjustable temperatures for each room, a wood-burning fireplace, a dry sauna, and many other amenities. It was the perfect vacation for us.Very close to Arctic Snow Hotel! The hosts are a 10+. We felt at home!

Super Lokation. Only about 20min from Rovaniemi Centrum. Very nice Owners. No Problems with Check In, Key in Keybox, PIN per email. Kitchen has all what you need. Perfect location to see the Plolarligts, but we had bad Weather and didn's see that. For our Group 8 Persons was Perfect stay.

A wonderful stay just outside the city! The apartment was a real Finnish charm — peaceful, cozy, and perfectly located just beyond the city limits. We loved the calm atmosphere and easy access to nature. As a special bonus, we even saw the northern lights during our stay.

Too far from the centre of Rovaniemi, too far from the village, not connected to anything, you can only get around by taxi with prices starting from 110 euros per trip, or by their transport but only at certain times which are very restrictive.

We stayed in a glass igloo which was a cool experience. The ice hotel is great to see and the transfer service to the airport for €20p/p is much cheaper than any taxi service if in a couple. The aurora alarm is a great idea and it went off outside of the usual time for aurora activity so it ensures you don't miss them!

An amazing experience like no other. There's nothing to worry about, staying in the ice hotel is something you will remember forever. And hit the sauna and shower in the morning after being woken up by a staff member who brings you warm blueberry juice
