Location was brilliant - close to Torshavn but surrounded by lovely countryside, waterfalls and walking paths. The sitting / dining area was spacious; the kitchen very well equipped. We loved the fact that the house is surrounded on three sides by a duck and goose pen!

Everything was excellent. Check-in was done online, with instructions and the entry codes provided 24 hours before, all worked well. My room was clean and comfortable, and linen and towels were good quality. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the bus and ferry terminal, and right by the harbour. There are plenty of restaurants and shops a few minutes walk from the hotel, but the area was very quiet at night, and I slept very well. The receptionist was efficient and helpful and spoke excellent English. Everyone was very obliging. Breakfast was good, with hot food as well as bread, cheese, hams etc. Very good service from start to finish, and highly recommended.
