The rooms were really spacious. It is the best of the Best Western Hotels that we've stayed in. Breakfast was very good.

Clean spacious room, close to the station and within walking distance of all menutied

We had a great time here!! The owners, Regis and Lidia, are such warm people. Always very helpfull. Breakfast perfect! We certainly will come back in the future!!

The hotel was located very close to the train station(about 350m), which was the main reason we booked the hotel. However, the room was super clean with a good en suite bathroom. The staff was superb and friendly. The breakfast was also great. We extremely enjoyed our stay there.

the bedrooms were squeaky clean, everything so tidy and smelled so good, really nice bathroom, nice and cosy, amazing location right in the centre.

El trato excepcional de Rufino y su hija Monique

Perfect Location very good value for Money. The Hotel is basic but good enough for a comfortable stay. On Holiday one wont stay for long in the room

Great value, clean and nice views from room.

Very close to the Sanctuary and the Staff were excellent.

This is a hidden gem, great staff, great location, great food

Very close to restaurants and the Lourdes Sanctuary. Very obliging owners/ managers. Adequate room for luggage and clothing shelves. Excellent value of bfast.

The breakfast was good but a little expensive

Amazing family run hotel and restaurant. The room was basic, but very comfortable - the perfect place for anyone on a pilgrimage to rest their head for the night. Their restaurant downstairs is excellent value for money and the food was superb - don't go to any of the other bistro's closer to the Lourdes sanctuary (you will pay double the price for half the quality). I can't thank them enough for their hospitality, everything was great 🙂

Very close to sanctuary of Lorded

The hotel is very close to the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes.

Good rooms, really comfortable

everything was good except room neighbour was very noisy at night.

The breakfast was amazing. Fresh fruit, fresh ham, fresh cheese, fresh bread. I was cycling in the mountains nearby so normally I have low expectations of hotel breakfasts. This is the best one I have ever had in a hotel. Fresh and filling and the owners was exceptional when I asked for an earlier than normal breakfast. I arrived late at night due to a delayed flight and it was no problem at all. There is a restaurant which serves dinner and I ate there every night. The quality of the ingredients - local fresh meat and vegetables - is of the highest order and the prices are very reasonable as well considering the very high quality of the food and service. I hope to return.

Incredible location to the Sanctuary and places to eat. The host Elisabeth really entered into accommodating my journey to ensure the experience was rich and fruitful. Being able to visit the chapel onsite was a bonus in terms of nurturing the experience of retreat in Lourdes.
