The location of the hotel is good, close to Geneva and and within one hour driving from Chamonix, Yvoire and Annecy. The hotel was very clean, the breakfast very good with several options yogurt, ham, cheese, eggs, croissants and good coffee. The staff was very attentive with the clients and the dog was the mascot of the hotel, entertaining the clients with his ball.

Decent service for reasonable price for Geneva

The location was perfect for what we wanted, walking and shopping, cafe, lunch. Also, the new rooms were very clean! And I liked the Rituals soaps!

I mean, this is about as great as it gets in terms of hotels. Had to stay because of flight issues, but for a last-minute place to sleep it certainly sufficed, and improved my mood. If you end up staying here, there's lots to enjoy. The breakfast is amazing.

The little touches that were thought of - a night light candle in the bathroom . The beds turned down and bedside mats and bath mats placed during the evening. Lighting good for make up application. Extreme courtesy and attention by the staff. Great location.

Everything. Price affordable, AC in the room (perfect for this hot days), solid TV (if you're Samsung user you can simply stream your phone there). In the main hall there's a vending machine for snacks and for drinks (we recommend the hot cocoa :D ). It isn't far from Geneva by car so it's a perfect choice if you're on budget. And we appreciate the private parking lot.

Very good value for money. The room is small, bathroom is tiny, breakfast does have limited choice but there is free parking, staff is very friendly, everything is clean and comfortable.

Perfect stay ! I stayed for one night in a single room overlooking the garden. It had a shared bathroom, but it had a sink in the bedroom. It was clean, well equipped, quiet, comfortable and the shared bathroom was clean and spacious. The checkin was quick and friendly. The hotel itself is in a large old house in huge gardens. It has tall ceilings and an early-mid 20th century charm. The location is perfect for Geneva.

Outstanding location, Outstanding Property, Outstanding People! For me this is easily the best place in Geneva from where you could explore everything you may wish to see, especially if you have family. The property is located inside this huge but serene park which is just lovely for adults and children alike, Then the bus stop in front of the property can connect you anywhere, also the Mouette access to cross the lake at your will is fantastic. The view of the lake and mountain was brilliant from the room, the restaurant and the Patio. But perhaps the most important aspect was the people there. The staff were amazingly helpful and I MUST have a special mention for the lady at the front desk (I think her name was Alice Hunolt), I cant describe how amazingly helpful, considerate, sincere and responsive she was all the time. Every time we went to her for something, she would be to the point, very polite and also looked out to help a bit more than we asked. People like her are the biggest asset and I also thank the other staff who helped and guided us when we sought something. All in all, it was an excellent stay and we do hope to return to this place when visiting Geneva again.
