Very clean and very good reception. Delicious meals.

Excellent location from the train station (walking distance to the hotel).

This budget hotel is our winter travel go-to in Lourdes because it has comfortable beds, clean linen and a toilet and bathroom that may not be brand new but very clean. We visit Lourdes in winter so the few restaurants that are open in centre-ville are a walking distance away. Nicolas at the reception was very helpful in recommending a restaurant. The buffet breakfast is typical french - viennoiseries, coffee, yogurt, butter, fruits ...

Clean and very near to the Basilica snd grotto

The receptionist was lovely and spoke to us in a mixture of spanish, italian, and french which I loved. She told us a little bit of history about the hotel itself and the story behind the elevator. Only stayed for one night but for the price it was perfect and it was more than enough to explore and enjoy ourselves in Lourdes.

This was perfect for a night in Lourdes before heading back to the airport. The bedroom was simple but comfortable and clean. It’s very near the train station and 5-10 walk to all the sites. The couple who runs the hotel is very welcoming and helpful. I enjoyed having a cup of coffee in the morning on the terrace.

staff welcoming and friendly cleanliness in both bedroom and bathroom

It is 5 minutes walk to the Lourdes Sanctuary. We book this hotel due to the location. In the middle of the Train station and the sanctuary. We were welcomed and given our room very quickly. The staff were very helpful and they also supply (for a fee) the breakfast and dinner.

The breakfast was fine. What we really like the most is the manner we were treated. We can not ask for more.

We had a wonderful family suite and the hotel was so close to everything and only a ten minute walk to the train station to get to Paris.

Location was perfect. Only minutes away from the Church on foot. Breakfast was complete. Buffet well organized and clean. Service was excellent.

For people going to Lourdes for a pilgrim, you can’t go wrong with this place as you’re are a stone’s throw away from the sanctuary and it’s really calm at night. The staff is so kind too.

they gave a large and comfortable room. other rooms has beautiful view of the sanctuary

The location is excellent, the restaurant and the owners are very welcome. Great price 👍

So far, I’m happy about what I saw the manager very good smile very polite

The location was amazing. Close to the sanctuary, restaurants, and souvenir stores. The staff was incredible. They were kind, helpful, extremely accommodating, and welcoming. They even helped me with transport to the bus station when my train got cancelled. The best decision would be to book this place!

Very friendly and helpful staff
