Beautiful little house with all possible amenities in the middle of the Champagne region. Comfortable large beds in 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 beautiful bathrooms. The owner brought us an amazing breakfast in the morning with fresh fruits, juice bread and croissants. Absolutely lovely. We will definitely remember this when we plan our next visit to the region.

The staff were so lovely, we arrived after a long drive to a glass of champagne and the warmest welcome. The spa facilities were so relaxing and we couldn’t have asked for more. The food served in the restaurant was exquisite and the host couldn’t have done more for us. A stunning, spacious room and the photos don’t do it enough justice.

Ay is very pretty but very small.

Ay is very pretty but very small. Not a lot to do. 2 nice restaurants/bars very close to the apartment. Two bakeries, a butchers, a post office and a small supermarket close to the apartment but only open at specific times. A larger supermarket is a couple of kilometres away. The champange/wine bar also serves lovely charcuterie boards.

It is a quiet village but has a large number of small champagne houses offering tasting opportunities. It does not have a large selection of restaurants but does have a great delicatessen offering sharing platters and great wine. You can easily walk to Épernay and there is a train service to Reims. So a great location to explore the champagne region

quiet town, for us it was close to tasting rooms and watching the harvest. 3 good restaurants and some great patisseries. Some very narrow streets for those who like the challenge. Easy access to Marne valley, Epernay and cote de blanc.

I've been traveling for 4 months and have booked many apartments during this time. I would say that Ay Central is absolutely one of the best apartments I have ever stayed in. The location, the quietness of the apartment, the comfort level, the wifi speed, the kitchen facilities and staples, the overall feel of the apartment and the incredibility helpful host Cedric made our stay a very special one. I wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you for a great stay.

Chateau Collery is a lovely place to stay and the welcome champagne a delicious bonus. Wish we'd planned better for dinner in walking distance on a Friday night! Would enjoy spending more time here.

Ay is a quiet alternative to the busy Epernay or Reims, but ideal for exploring the Champagne region - there a several Champagne houses to visit in Ay all a short walk away. Not many eating places in Ay but Epernay is only a short drive away and has a huge number!

Hotel was ideally placed for visiting Ay. Gaille had been very helpful before the trip providing information and helping make bookings. Lucy was equally helpful when we there both in terms of knowledge of the area and places to visit and also good knowledge about champagne. the courtyard behind the hotel was beautiful to sit out in during the afternoon and evenings. Hotel was clean with good facilities. The garage provided good safe parking for the car.

Great location. We booked a self contained apartment with full kitchen which was great, the bedroom was large and spacious . The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The property had a lovely outdoor terrace area where you could have a drink and charcuterie board and if the weather was a bit cooler there was also a lounge area to relax in and read a book, play cards, have a drink.

Very spacious and well equipped. Great location in Ay, easy parking nearby. Recently renovated and has everything you need for a short break including kitchen and washing machine. Senseo coffee machine but you’ll need your own pods (which we didn’t have)
