Clean, great bed and bathroom, cozy courtyard, nice restaurant

Really friendly and helpfull staff.

Best place we've stayed in Europe so far. The hosts were friendly, fun and very good at communicating with us despite our very limited knowledge of the local languages. We shared a lot of laughs with them over our meals in the restaurant. The food was beautiful, locally sourced or made in house. I can tell that the hosts take pride in everything they do, it really makes this place special.

Clean, easy to find and get to; close to many places to eat and a large supermarket

We stayed for one night in the suite and liked it a lot. The furniture is comfy, the mattress is very good, the wardrobe is huge, and the suite has everything needed for a short stay. We enjoyed the balcony in the evening.

Not flashy, but convenient and easy going. I was biking long distance, and as it had been raining all day, I asked if there was a hose and an electric outlet for charging my electronic gears. The lady at the reception had already offered to park the bike in a garage, but ut didn’t have what I asked for. Instead she generously asked: «Would you like to take the bike into the room?» Given the state of the bike, this was understanding beyond belief. She swapped rooms for one with a large «special needs» shower, and told me to do whatever I needed. Oh, yes: And there is a really nice restaurant and wine bar around the corner.

We chose this hotel for its location close to Strasbourg and its facilities, such as a SPA and swimming pool. It was a very well organised establishment. The outdoor pool was very clean. The SPA was also very clean. We reserved the SPA and we had it for ourselves only. We enjoyed our stay very much.
