Bed was comfortable. The wifi was fast enough to watch videos. Towel is included in the price.

Perfect for the price, very clean. Easy check in, perfect location

Highly recommend this hotel. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff were very supportive and helpful as I do not speak French. Again, a great place to stay!!

Excellent location, an easy 10-minute walk to the airport. I also liked the external window shades that blocked out all light (great if you need or want to sleep during daylight hours). Front-desk staff were very friendly and helpful and let me leave my leftover food in their fridge (no fridge in my hotel room). Also loved that there was a tea kettle in the room for evening and morning tea.

Friendly staff and they speak English. Hotel price is affordable and good breakfast. Nice lady serving breakfast.

Our hostess Christina, was a super helpful person for our accommodation. Super friendly and helped us straighten out our Uber misfortune to explain to them they got the Holiday Inn Express, Blagnac misidentified with another IHG location. Uber actually cancelled the charge. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful stay and welcoming staff.

A guitar available to play, outdoor space

Close by airport for late flight. Room was large and bed was comfortable. The staff was very nice and special shout out to Jorge. ( not sure on spelling?) He went above and beyond the call of duty and deserves a raise!

Everything. It’s location, convenient and near the airport. A relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. The room, with everything one may need. Clean, and well thought. The breakfast, absolutely excellent. But more than any of that, the staff, all very attentive, friendly and professional. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great amenities, beautiful area, WONDERFUL breakfast.

I love that all staff are very friendly and ready to help!

This hotel serves its purpose: a place to sleep while we visit family. I like the flexibility of choosing twin beds or double beds. The staff is friendly. They provide a kettle, cups, coffee, tea and herbal tea and the fixings, cookies, and ear plugs! The hotel has soap and shampoo dispensers, eliminating waste. They also change the towels upon request.

Location is great for what I needed, bus station close by to get to city center. Staff is very helpful, friendly and professional. Would have like if the room had a coffee maker. All else is wonderful.

Very clean and well designed.

The staff were all incredibly friendly and kind. We booked last minute when dealing with an emergency that derailed our travel plans, and we had to alter our reservation. They were helpful, understanding, and compassionate.

One of the nicest hostels I've visited so far. I like it when it's modern, new, spacious and minimalistic - and Eklo is all of that. The bed was so comfortable, and I didn't have a feeling I was sharing a room with anyone. Everything was clean, the soap in the bathroom was missing, but that was not a big problem. The neighborhood is so pretty, and the location of the hostel is brilliant if you want to be close to the airport, but also connected well to the city center. Last but not least - the staff. Everybody smiled and spoke English perfectly, which made my stay smooth and convenient! Other hostels can learn from Eklo, and I think the general rating is lower than it should be.

Very convenient. Staff granted my request to be close to the elevator. Food was excellent. Shuttle to the airport was flawless.

Good breakfast and dinner. Very helpful staff. Airport shuttle.

Accessibility to the airport, spacious and spotless room with tea/coffee facility. Quick check in and check out with the option of online check in/out…

Great experience, very last minute booking but was a great surprise! Super comfortable bed. We were mom and baby, and grandparents so it was amazing to have two adjoining rooms. Also the staff helped me print off my plane ticket which was extremely kind. Thank you !

A really nice, clean hotel close to the airport. The man who checked us in was friendly and helpful. We highly recommend and would stay here again. 😊

The staff are very friendly. The room was clean

Location is close to the transport station and 10 mins walking to commercial center.
