Ease of entry, spar was great.

very polite staff clean room accessible (you can buy bus tickets from them) bus station near good breakfast for a small charge

Excellent communication to and from the staff before and during my stay. Very helpful and friendly throughout. The room was small but all that was needed and had a comfortable bed and hot shower. Only a10 minute walk to the nearest tram stop direct into the centre of Bordeaux. Free and secure carparking was a real bonus and easy to get to from the main roads rather than attempting to drive through the city and find available parking.

Very friendly, cheerful, and helpful receptionist.

Queen bed was the most comfortable I have slept on for ages. Sized TV, very convenient room. Breakfast is 14 eur but it is worth the money. It was gorgeous for someone who loves having breakfast.

Good location, I’ve stayed for one night being on the way to Andorra however good location, ev Charing available on site.

First thing first is clean space and everything was correct the price and everything

A warm welcome on arrival. The room was clean and well equipped for the price. A good selection for breakfast.

The staff here really made this hotel. From the reception check in, service staff and the restaurant. Room we're very clean and quiet. The pool was clean and comfortable.

Rooms are big enough for family of 4. Very comfy beds and clean rooms. Car park is gated and secure and easy to travel into Bordeaux via tram.

Everything. Amazing service and staff, nothing is too much.

The building is fantastic. Old stone building, thoughtfully renovated and converted. Decorated and presented wonderfully. The grounds are brilliant. The onsite donkey is a joy to feed apples to, and brays as you approach to say hello. We even found a persimmon tree. If you are here in October, they'll be ripened and ready.

It’s clean and rooms are big

The staff were amazing. We drove from Spain and arrived 30 minutes before 9 PM, feeling quite hungry. Upon our arrival, the front desk staff suggested that we order from the in-room dining menu since the kitchen was closing soon. Their professionalism was impressive.

The courtesy of the staff very good

Very nice hotel. Very comfortable. We slept super well, the room was super silent. And the spa is amazing
