Set in a 17th-century house located in Bourdeilles, between the Dronne River and the village’s two castles, Hostellerie Les Griffins features shared living rooms with antique furniture, exposed stone... Situation beautiful. Breakfast exceptional . Lovely hostess , sadly they werent serving dinner but we were sent to another lovely restaurant not far away . This hotel is wonderful !

It shows you how to work appliances and also gives you tourist information about the surrounding area. I wouldn’t hesitate to return to Au Pied du Chateau and recommend it highly to anyone interested in visiting the area.

This 15th-century château is located in the Dordogne countryside, a 5-minute drive from Brantôme and is set on 160-hectare tree-filled park with an outdoor swimming pool. The property is beautifully maintained and expansive. We took a long walk through the hills to see the gorgeous spring wild flowers. The picturesque castle is very well maintained. The restaurant on the property is wonderful with very attentive staff and offers a delicious, fine dining experience.
