The restaurant was fabulous. The chef was very cleaver in creating some magnificent dishes that far exceeded our expectations. Recommended

I’ve stayed here several times and it is always brilliant. Location is perfect for overnight stop, rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is a delight it’s very quiet (I’m very demanding on quiet!). All of this would make a superb hotel but what makes it an absolute favourite is the restaurant. I’d come here for the food alone so the fact that it’s attached to a superb hotel is wonderful. Thanks to all the staff for making me feel welcome again.

We received a really friendly welcome from the hostess. It was warm and cosy and we enjoyed a delicious home cooked meal.
