Very friendly staff and wonderful breakfast!

Absolutely beautiful and cosy, comfortable bed, very clean, environmentally friendly soaps. They had left a hand written message to welcome us. 6 minutes drive from the magical center of Annecy. Near the highway, very easy to find. Private parking in front of the room. Nit breakfast.

We booked a room for 2 adults and 2children and finally got quite a big 5 beds room. Everything was clean and breakfast was simple but tasty. Easy check in and bus which stops close to the hotel took us to city center

Very good staff, everything was perfect

The breakfast was OK. The location of the hotel is perfect.

I do not take breakfast at BB, but I like the bed of them.

It was really beautiful place and very beautiful house. It fits to our needs. Location is a bit far from everything, but it’s silent place.

Every thing Especially Mr.Waleed in the reception

Absolutely brilliant place to stay with the family. Friendly staff, parking, and everything in the range of your hands.

Location and design and cleaning

Wonderful gem of a hotel! Perfect location. Loved our stay.

Nice place in a nice location of Annecy. But we came unexpectedly due to a travel issue. We arrived at 2AM and left à 7AM. However the staff was very helpful. Next time I will go to Annecy I will probably go there again.

Hotel is very stylish and modern, with excellent facilities and amenities. The bed was extremely comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the views over Lake Annecy were stunning. The location is perfect — very close to the city center, making it easy to explore on foot. A great choice for a comfortable and elegant stay.

new clean smartly planned hotel with indoors swimming pool, sauna and hammam. Located near the lake. a big balcomy and new elevators. A bit far from the old town. Great staff. Parking avaialble. Breakfast is standard, though the crepes were nice.

Everything in the hotel was amazing

Very beautiful view. For cyclists, it is very well located: near Annecy and near the velo route. The rooms are very comfortable.

Very friendly place to stay with use of the kitchen to make drinks very helpfull. Very relaxed atmosphere and nice communal lounge/diner to eat and relax in. Fun decor adds to the atmosphere.

The room design, the soft carpet, and the beautiful picture on the wall of the girl skating perfectly reflect the Alps and one of the most popular activities in Annecy in a beautiful way. I also loved the cool air conditioning after staying in hotels without AC, and some that had AC but with very weak cooling. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the room, the quiet atmosphere, the spacious bathroom, and the fact that everything needed was available in the bathroom.

מלון מקסים, חבל שהיה לנו זמן רק ללילה אחד

Very cosy and close to the city Room is very clean and the service is great

New ,clean ,safe ,location not in the middle of the crowd but not far..nice employees , the refreshing detox water in the lobby was a plus since the whether was so hot

Excellent overall! Our executive queen room was big enough, very functional, very clean. The bed was comfy. The bathroom had a great layout with a roomy walk-in shower with many hangers for towels and clothes. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is just outstanding! Close to everything, the train station, the old town, restaurants, bakeries, shops, bus stops. Everything! One note though. We don't know how good the breakfast is because we didn't have any there. We chose to go and taste the many different bakeries near by. It was our first time in Annecy and we're glad we picked this hotel. We just loved the stay here.

The location is great, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with availability of different choices.

Clean. Location was great. Staff great. Breakfast great.
