I like the Staff behavior the most, especially those at the reception!

Clean and comfortable large room, free parking is a big advantage. Also a magnificent, peaceful garden. Definitely a hotel we will stay in again for a longer period.

Very comfortable room and lovely staff. Dog friendly and easy parking.

Clean, near place of work, good value for money, comfortable.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The bedding was excellent and everything was clean.

It was easy to find. The room was clean, comfortable and most importantly the bed was super comfortable.

Great restaurants recommended by reception as their restaurant not open . Great room and very good car park

It has been a while since I was so satisfied with my hotel experience. Breakfast are divine. Swimming pool was lovely. Bar is welcoming. Next time I would 100% stay for gorgeous dinner

It was clean and well organized. It was on 3 minutes walk to the nearest train station which was great. We had a great overall experience and would consider them when returning to Lyon. Ps: they provided us with some food on demand after hours free of charge. BIG thank you for that!

The family room is very good and gig enough with two bathrooms, the breakfast was also very rich.

Nice location. Very friendly staff on arrival. Nice comfortable rooms. Good continental breakfast with great coffee.

Cleanliness, Flexibility and Staff friendliness and they have air conditioners

We loved Villa Florentine — the location is fantastic, and the view from the pool our absolute highlight. A beautiful place to relax, and to go wine and dine in the city.

Very nice room and breakfast with private parking garage

The room was really spacious. The aircon worked really well. The bed was huge ! The breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and reception provided a lovely welcome and were very helpful.

Great location to city. Ample parking on site.

Modern and very presentable with all needs met.

The pool and restaurant were perfect in every way. We had children so the family room was comfortable and it was very helpful to have a few free bottles of water. All the staff were very kind and we had a really good time.

Really nice personnel at the reception, night shift check in very friendly. Everyone spoke a very good English. Rooms spacy, clean and quiet. We will book again when we travel through Lyon.

Soooo kind reception women 😍

The room was well equipped and very clean. The AC worked very well, which was much needed during the heatwave. Breakfast options were plentiful and varied. Staff were very friendly. Parking spaces.
