Outstanding professionality and friendliness of staff, both in the Hotel and in the adjacent Vesuvio restaurant at all times. I had breakfast in the Vesuvio regularly and went there twice for dinner.

Very nice location, total peace and quiet! We left the windows open at night for some fresh air (I don't like sleeping with aircon) and there was no noise. Restaurant food very good. Service very friendly. Nice relaxing swimming pool. We went for a walk after dinner and it was so peaceful. Bed comfortable.

The owner! elle était absolument magnifique, she saw us turn up two hours early and let us in to our room, it was a last minute booking too, nothing was too much trouble for this lovely lady!

Beautiful property with amazing views. The style and design of the property incorporates the Alps mountains vibe with modern twist. We stayed in the mountain view room and it was incredible. Wooden finishes add to the atmosphere. Staff was extremely polite and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is quiet and close to the Geneva Fountain, 15 minutes away. Suitable for families. Our apartment was comfortable, facing the lake. The reception staff were cheerful and helpful. It has a nice feature. It has a water sprayer in the bathroom next to the toilet seat for hot and cold water.

Excellent location with great staff

We stayed at this hotel as a stopover on our way return from Spain, and it was a very convenient choice for a one-night stay. We have stayed at other hotels in the Première Classe chain before, so we already knew what to expect. The room was in line with the usual Première Classe standard — simple, very clean, and perfectly suitable for a short stopover. The check-in was with the automat quick and uncomplicated, which was especially welcome after a long journey. Most importantly, the hotel offers very good value for money. For a simple overnight stop during a long journey, it provides everything you need at a very reasonable price. Overall, everything was just as expected, and we had a pleasant and comfortable stay. We would happily stay here again or in an other Première Classe Hotel!
