The hotel is very clean, well-maintained, and right in the center of Gex. Having an electric kettle in the room is a big plus (a small fridge would help a lot). Although there is a house construction underway nearby, we had no problem with parking.

We really loved the service and the kindness if the director! The comfort and the view were absolutely amazing. We would like to come back!

We travelled from Calais with one over night stop. The property is fabulous the best art deco hotel outside of New York. The rooms were large and comfortable. We had a balcony room with a view of the mountains. The restaurant was really good the food was excellent. The walk to the town is no more than 5 minutes: the station is about 15mins in te car with direct trains to Geneva. Definitely recommend. We hope to come back next year.

Great location. In the village centre opposite the ski lift. Enjoyed a meal at the restaurant, with locally sourced food.

The room was clean and really comfortable. All the staff provided information about the transport and indications about the city. The walk to the city center is really nice from the hotel. Highly recommended!

I used the hotel twice and I enjoyed the stay . It is a very good hotel for 3 stars, I think . I haven't tried the restaurant but the breakfast was great too. I enjoyed the fresh air in the morning and good views if you have the front rooms. I would suggest it to anyone who will travel in that area

Everything was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Isabelle at reception welcomed us warmly, explained everything and was absolutely kind and helpful. Our spacious, warm and very quiet room had a large, comfortable bed, hot water, TV with French channels and movies, a desk for laptop work, plenty of sockets, lots of lighting and a window with blackout curtains. There was enough space for all our luggage, including our own hairdryer. Travelling with our baby was easy, as a cot with a mattress and sheets was thoughtfully prepared before our arrival. Breakfast was good, with everything super fresh. We also appreciated the lobby microwave for heating dinner from the local market, where we bought delicious meat and cheese from a nearby village. Ahuge free parking area directly in front was another bonus. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Honestly, it is hard to find another hotel at this price within a 100 km radius offering so much. Excellent cleanliness, comfort, thoughtful details and warm hospitality. Fantastic value for money. Highly recommended!
